“Visited their office (around 10am) without an appointment, I met with Kristy about getting a print out of activity from my machine. I also had questions about a new machine and insurance requirements that ROTECH had to follow. Kristy was amazing, very professional and showed interest in my concerns and needs. The individual that was able to retrieve the info from my machine was just heading out of the office. Kristy assured me that the data card would be downloaded and printed out. The same afternoon, Kristy called and stated the print out was ready (I was suprised). The next day, I went in, got the data card and printout from Kristy. This was a great experience with ROTECH because of Kristy. THANK YOU”
