“First visit here. Lived in area for 20 years and never needed to stop by, however after an accident that crushed my foot I needed to pick up a walking boot. Robert was amazing and helpful making sure I got exactly what I needed. I had to call the day before and the women I spoke with was just as kind and helpful (forgot name)...if anyone is in need of medical supplies (just about everything you could need) please make sure to stop in here. “Southeastern Medical supplies provide me with a scooter for me to use that my insurance purchased through them. The service is amazing and go above and beyond. I had several calls due to issues with the scooter. They have had techs come and fix multiple times. Recently my scooter broke down and they took it for service and gave me a loaner to use. As of today when I spoke to customer service they informed me that there's still issues with my scooter and they are replacing it with a new scooter under their company's warranty. I applaud a company that stands behind the products they supply and I'm so glad because my scooter gives me my independence to live my life to the fullest. Thank you for your Stand up company and service you provided to the community.”
