Love the atmosphere and food

Stopped by recently as it's located not far from the house. Arrived in the early afternoon, after 1pm and the place wasn't too busy. We tried the Great white and a Kosmic Karma.Pizza took nearly 45 minutes to get to table and when it arrived, it wasn't hot and not exactly how we ordered it. Both pizzas were incorrect, unfortunately by the time our server returned it was nearly 10 minutes. They came back with 2 more pizzas that this time were the wrong size and one of them was a different one that we ordered.Server was very slow, not attentive, did not refill our beverages in a timely fashion. She also had a bit of an attitude on account we complained about the issues. 2 pizzas were over $50 and they were not worth it at all.A much better choice and not far away is the Patio Lakeland, pizzas are much better, less $ and servers are betterPizza rating 4.6.

We had a larger group about 25, but I called days in advance to let them know. They did a great job tending to us. Pizza was great. Salads delicious. Waiter very accommodating.Thank you, Mellow Mushroom staff.Prices still VERY high, though

Once we were seated our waitress came and got her drink orders. We ordered an appetizer which didn't come. We started getting our regular food and had to remind her to bring the appetizer. I ordered the pretzel kids meal and was given the pretzel appetizer. Told her of the mistake and asked if I could just have the apples that would have come with the kids meal. So she brought the apples in a small dish not as many as the kids meals for other kids. We ordered our pizza to have only cheese on one side and all the other toppings on the other side. The pizza was not done correctly and there were tomatoes on both sides. It was our son's birthday and we requested to have them sing Happy Birthday for him and made a big deal about it and that was never done. After our meal was over our check was completely messed up. She charged twice for our drinks since we got refills... And charged me as though I received the appetizer and a side of apples for my child's meal. They finally were able to get the check straightened out at the end and the other servers had to let her know that you don't charge for refills. Probably some of the worst service I've ever had.

Worst service ever. Sat for 35 minutes and had to tell our server we didn’t have our food just for him to tell us it has been sitting off to the side getting cold for however long…. But they could heat it back up for us… really? No thanks. Not paying Mellow prices for 7-11 service. Oh and this is a 35 minute $7 kids meal… go to Hungry Howies. At least they know which way is up.

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever received in my life! The actually told me they forgot my food and it was sitting to the side but they could warm it up! I’ll never eat here again.

Happy to find a Mellow Mushroom in Lakeland. Used to go to the one in Delray Beach but closed. Food good as always.
