My wife and I went into the Lakeland Florida store yesterday afternoon about 2pm. There were 5 employees and one other customer. We walked around the entire store twice and were never greeted or asked if we needed assistance. We walked out and bought my new suit, shirt, tie and shoes at another store. What a shameful complete lack of service. We will never go back.

We stopped in to get my son a suit for prom. Yuri was so helpful and has very good taste in style and was fun to talk to. He was not about "making the sale". He genuinely cares about his customers. He went above and beyond his job by saving us money, charging my phone when it died, steaming our new suit and gave us great advice on another topic. So glad we came here! Yuri gets an A+ in customer service and personability. He was well aware of all customers in store making sure to cover the floor. If he had to step awatly to check out a customer, he did it so kindly. We even had two others helping on the side if needed. Thanks again, Yuri! Men's Warehouse is lucky to have you and so were we!

The staff at this location doesn't act like they care about you at all. I had to ask two separate employees for help. One said they would get me some assistance and then never came back, and the other appeared disappointed they couldn't also hide. It seemed an inconvenience that we were trying to get a suit.The prices of mens wearhouse are outrageous and I personally will never shop at any men's wearhouse ever again.

I had a great experience today with Yuri as my sales associate. He was very attentive and helpful. He was assisting 3 customers yet he was always in tune with my needs. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We just had a great experience with sales associate Sonny. We came in to find a tuxedo for an event this weekend. Sonny was professional, helpful, courteous and helped us find a GREAT look and we ended up buying everything to use again. We are so happy with our selections and the service we received.
