Metro My T-Mobile have really stepped up their games. With the way the economy is now and inflation. When you have a choice to pay your bill or buy 🥚 eggs. You can always rely on Metro. This company will help you keep your phone on with the 72-hour extension. The payment always stays the same unless you add something else to your plan. You never have to worry about hidden fees. Metro Stand Out Among the rest, I would say. Other companies won't help they only want money and never think about the consumers. Metro by T- Moblie, stay rising to the top. Recommend for any consumers' budget.

The customer service is good. What kills the whole deal: They don't tell you at the time of switching how much your monthly payment will be.
Once you switch. The amount for 2 lines will be as much as I was paying for 4 lines at the other company.

I went for a chip and they got upset when I didn't want to buy them a cell phone. When I asked how much it would be just for the chip, they told me 55 dollars and since I didn't want the service, they miraculously lowered the price to 28 dollars because they weren't going to charge me taxes. I went to another distributor and from the beginning he only charged me what I asked for.

Went into the store having a $250 budget was sold a phone that was worse than the phone I previously had for 2 years and it was supposed to be an upgrade of the same make and model. The guy Mo just wanted to make a sale didn't care about the product or me as the customer.
