The workers here are the worst it's 9:45 am an they are still not open when it clearly says they open a 9:00 people there are not helpful at all they just want to squeeze money out of u bad reputation for metro pcs if they continue to let these people reputation you brand

I got a 30 plan for me and my family and I was told that will be 90 for the 3 lines and when I toke a look at my balance it was 120...they added a global 100 plan on each line without telling me..good thing I was able to change the next day

There is a lady in this store with really long nails. Long dark hair and a very different name. She sold me two phones and financed them at 50% interest! She gave me no paper work. Did not explain the financial end of it. She's a crook! She needs to be fired! I will not stop here!
