In my opinion, be very careful with the Manager, who is a young guy, he tells you about a cheap offer, and it is not true, you end up paying more, in order to sell he lies to you, in my opinion, even my daughter was deceived, there was also another guy asking for explanations because they charged him more than the offer he had chosen, it is the worst experience of my life with a telephone company

This store is ripping people off!!!
I went there one week to switch devices and they charged me 49$ and a week later 60$ so I called another location and they said it is $33 and some change so I called this location and the manager told me that it’s random some people pay $30 and some pay $40 and some pay $40 he can’t change the amounts I wish there was a negative star because that’s what they deserve!!!

I lost my backpack it got stolen however you want to call it I did go to the police station they done an incident report I went to the first metro store that I could and young girl help me but when I went back she wasn't there I went to another store and I'm going to tell you this guy right here has given me one of the best experiences with a business. But he went above and beyond and has my business if I have to travel from another state if I have to go in the store anyway I've been their customer for over 8 years and this is the best metro in-store experience

Just bought a new phone that was suppose to be the same as my son's I bought two weeks ago. The manager gave me a phone that's was an older version that doesn't have the same things on my son's phone. I went back the next day less than 24hrs with recipe,bag, and everything that came with phone. She would not return it so I can get the CORRECT phone I was suppose to receive. Also the manager said it was able to be submerged in water which was not true! Please be careful purchasing a phone from these people.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Manager has no respect and wants to call the police instead of handling customers concerns, and wants to name call like a man child. They will swindle you you into a deal like a man selling snake venom and when they get confronted and you demand a refund the call the police and trespass you. Do not come here, do not fall victim. Spectrum has better deals,no phone bill for a year!

I can't believe the bad service of this store, the young woman who is always serving provides poor quality service and is also talking on her personal phone on speakerphone, I went to buy a new phone and she reluctantly told me that they didn't have to just $600 and up, and when I went to activate the chip on a new phone he wanted to scam me by charging me a different amount than he had previously told me about this activation. And he tells me that it was because I bought the phone somewhere else and now he tells me that they have always had all types of phones for sale, I tell him but you yourself told me that there were no phones to sell me that's why I bought it somewhere else . Anyway, I don't understand what the purpose of this store is to have a staff that doesn't contribute to the growth and sales of the place. And because of all the bad comments there are about this person, it gives the place a bad reputation.

The girl that works 6 days a week “by her self” is extremely rude when my niece and I came into get her a new phone she didn’t seem to know what she was doing or how to speak to her customers and denied us a deal that is all over and said it ended when I saw that it had not and we went to another metro to get the same deal she didn’t have ? Okay

Tried to pop in to look at upgrading our phones after we finished breakfast. Hours say it opens at 9, and we were there pretty much a few minutes after open. all the lights were on but the door was locked. Tried calling the store number listed online a couple times while we waited for whoever showed up and turned on the lights to come out of the back. Noone picked up the phone or came to unlock the door. We left.
