got a new IPhone 14 Pro Max and attempted to use customer service to transfer my service it didn’t work (so I came into the store) because the man forgot a crucial step in telling me about downloading my e-sim however shoutout to Maria ! She literally figured out my problem in 2 minutes once I explained it to her!
