I have had three (3) custom framed pictures made Jaynee and the custom framing staff at the Michaels store (#1577) in North Lakeland. Jaynee is the supervisor for the custom framing staff at this location. Jaynee has been the best to deal for my custom shadow boxes to honor my father and to memorialize my law enforcement/military career .The quality of these custom shadow boxes were nothing less than exceptional. They were so well prepared by Jaynee that the pick-up experience was very emotional for me and my family. My brother completely broke down in tears, sobbing as he held his shadow box to his chest.My wife and I thank Jaynee with all of our hearts for the way that she treated us and took such care to professionally prepare, display and assemble these custom shadow boxes for my family.Jaynee and her staff will forever be a part of our family and they should be commended for their professionalism, kindness, and detail that they used on our family shadow boxes.Sincerely,Rick Hohl
