Website says they close at 730, I'm here at 710, nobody sitting in the lobby, they refused to take me. Said they were closed.... maybe u should change your hours online. Maybe the name also.. since u can't see anyone w 20 mins to spare

Insurance accepted or small out of pocket cost. Clean. Caring. Friendly and Professional. Medications are prescribed. Doctor's note for work.

My experience here was good! I made an appointment for same day. I arrived, connected to their wifi and it automatically sent a text asking if I was there and checked in via phone. 2 minutes later I was being called. The employees there were very friendly and approachable. I would recommend!!

The lady who assisted me at my minute clinic appointment with the pretty neat dreads was AMAZING & she took great care of me quick. Thank you so much because I was super sick at this time and needed something to help me get through. You're so awesome & appreciated miss ❤️

literal robbery and only care about making money for big pharma and not helping patients.charged $240, 11 days ago, and im STILL NOT BETTER.the Rapid COVID test the clinic MADE me take (because i tested myself too soon) was $120!! when did covid tests start costing so much?arent yall suppose to be helping people? and suppose to be cheaper than urgent care?and the fact its an LPN, not a an actual doctor.scam.. and you didnt even fix my symptoms.

I had to go for a physical. At my first appointment I was told I wouldn't get my physical until I came back to read my ppd results, within 48-72 hours. I came back 48 hours later and was helped by the NP, Brandi. I basically had no wait, she got me in and out really quick and efficient. She was VERY thorough with my paperwork and explaining things for me. She was extremely nice and highly recommended!

So my boys needed a covid test to return to school..even though its HIGHLY unlikely they have Covid but anyway I get to the Minute Clinic and the nurse stomps her way to me and speaks to me like im the biggest bother of her time. WORSE experience of my life! Never have I been made to feel so little for accidentally going inside rather than automatically knowing procedure. If I could give 0 I would. Kindness is free...Do better!

I have been on the phone now 25 minutes plus just trying to find out the charge for a TB shot..they keep putting me on hold..this place is very unprofessional..it is very scary too think you are going here for your health and this is the service you get it's now 29 minutes still on hold..corporate needs to do something about this place.

This location open at 8:30am we arrive 8:45am. You can’t get an online appointment so you have to walk in. Appointment for 11:00am so the doctor just tell us to go home and she will call us. I showed up at my appointment time schedule and she said that it will be an extra hour because 2 more patients that are not in the list are first than us. I don’t get this. Sometimes to try to save some money and because my company make deals with cvs we get this crevice. Is worth it going somewhere else

Autumn is extremely rude, the pharmacist and she both need to go back to basic office and phone etiquette training with evaluations on how to work with customers. Autumn didnt know what was in a 7th grade vaccine when asked if they give them there and refused to find out and do her job. Then proceeded to hang up on me. It's no ones fault you are unhappy with your job but yours, not the public you choose to work with.

I don't think the text notifications for the clinic's walk-in are accurate. I got a text saying that I needed to be present in 30 minutes for my appointment. I arrived on time but still had to wait over an hour because staff went to lunch right as I arrived. The staff are friendly, but the incorrect notifications took up a lot of my day when I already wasn't feeling well. Even if you get a notification that you are next in the queue, you should probably call to see when the staff are going on break, just to be sure.

I went to the MinuteClinic today due to a bad ear infection. I was very happy with the care I received, the doctor was very kind and answered all my questions and I never felt like I was being rushed. My prescription was filled at the CVS within 10 minutes. Very convenient and I will definitely recommend this place to friends

Kind RN but was not able to do anything for me. Sent me elsewhere to do an X-ray. Told me I was not breathing well, I had been sick with the flu and coughing for a week. I knew I couldn’t breath, I just wanted antibiotics. Paid $99, then paid again to be examined before x-rayed at the next office. I should have gone to a larger facility the first time!! Don’t recommend.

First time I came I was seen by the nurse practitioner and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She was non judgmental, she asked many questions and gave me advice and a prescription to help me. The second time- I went to the health department, planned Parenthood and finally here. I should have just came here first.
