I needed a repair part for my 200 Convertible that has been unavailable since the the pandemic started. These folks had it, and got it to me in 3 days. Excellent job and they are always my first choice for parts.

Don't order anything from here, if you need a part in a REASONABLE amount of time. They take WEEKS to do anything. They started to fulfill my order when I requested a refund and asked to cancel my order. They ignored that inquiry and 2 days later, they were shipping the part I no longer needed. Now if I send it back, I'll be charged a restocking fee or whatever. Just don't order anything, unless you are able to wait weeks upon weeks.

Getting one star because I am hopefully getting the DEF tank ($1,800) I ordered. The website gave a delivery estimate with overnight shipping I paid for of 5/17/23, they shipped it 5/18/23 by ground. The part is supposed to be here 5/24/23, a week after their delivery estimate when ordering. I am now out about $600 from rental costs, they apologized and refunded the $200 in shipping.

I had a great experience. I am a parts professional with 25+ years of experience. I order (and ship) parts daily. While I usually order most parts overnight, it wasn't an option, or needed, for this particular project. I was told 3-5 business days via an email to let me know that the order was received and when I could expect it to SHIP. I then received an email to inform me that it had, in fact, been shipped (complete with tracking number). Communication is very important for me. As information was provided to me, I am then able to convey this information to my customer. We all look like heroes!! The part ordered arrived within 4 business days. This is now my "go to" supplier for Mopar parts.

Order says it will ship within 2-5 days if not you will receive an email. My order was placed 03/06/2023. I received my item 04/11/2023 and I never received any emails. I called their number during normal working hours several time and was never able to reach anyone. The product I received did not match the long description of the item. I ordered a "compact spare tire" and received a rim. I payed $176 for a rim.

In my opinion, this was the worst experience i have ever had as a customer. First, the communication was zero. The only e-mail i got was an ask for additional shipping fee… after I Paid it immedeatly, the seller was lost. I did not get any kind of information, update, or the item… no item.. no answer.. no money… after 2 weeks, ask for refund and several unanswered e-mail i had have enough, and issued refund through Revolut for the original price, and through PayPal for the additional shipping cost and ask a friend in the USA, to call the seller… after these steps they finally send an e-mail and issued my refunds… this is as terrible as hilarious… never buy anything from them

Package never showed up. While I understand that it may not be their fault, I expected something different than "Sorry, this isn't our problem" when reaching out to them. Guess I lose my money with no part.

The customer service is a joke. The employee apparently don’t communicate with each other. I ordered this part a week ago. I didn’t get a shipped email from them. I called them and I was told that it hadn’t gone for review yet. The representative I was speaking with told me that they part I ordered a week prior wasn’t in stock, that they wouldn’t be able to get it and he would issue a refund. Six hours later and after I had already ordered from another site (that shipped it the same day as ordered) they sent me a email saying that the part that “wasn’t in stock and couldn’t be gotten” was shipped. These people don’t communicate and then don’t do what they say they are gonna do. I just want my money back. I don’t want your 15%off
