“These guys are the best! My wife's BMW broke a belt which put a hole in an A/C line. The day the belt broke, they changed it for her in about an hour. Today, 4pm Friday, we went back to have the a/c line replaced expecting to puck it up on Monday. Got a call about 45min later saying the mechanic decided to get it done this evening even though he had to stay after closing. Such wonderful service!! We'll definitely be back for other work when needed. Thank you!!!”

“Love these guys. Honest and truthful. They tell you what's wrong and give you the options. They will say we can just fix this for x. But since we are there it might also be smart to replace this, it's only y more. Since they are already taking that part out to get to the other item. I trust this shop with all of my vehicles(6).

“After a horrible few days recovering from Milton, I went out to my car after working all day and discovered my tire pressure was low. It was 5:40pm when I arrived at Lakeland Ford service.. although they were 20 minutes from closing. My tire had a nail in it and needed a patch. Steve M was so kind and he treated me like I was family. He got my tire patched and I was able to safely get home. This is the reason why I buy and get my cars serviced at Lakeland Ford. Went today on 9/24/2025. They really took care of my truck. The staff really help me out and I bought 3 really good tiers and swamped out my old rims for new ones. “I just picked up my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado from Regal Chevrolet after having repairs performed.... dash lights had been flashing ... warning about tire monitor, engine monitor, and turn signals no longer worked. Also the step sides would no longer go up or down when the doors were opened (a necessity for my 5'1" frame). I love my truck and have taken excellent care of it for the last 8 years... obviously repair was not an option... it was mandatory!!! I called, spoke with Melissa, and took my truck in on Tuesday. I'm about as mechanically knowledgeable as my schnauzer, I KNEW it would be expensive (it was, cost me an arm and a leg), but honestly I wasn't surprised... my MD charged me $50 for a pneumonia vaccination injection... not for the vaccine itself, but for the nursing assistant to inject it (not even an RN... I am an RN so there was no mistake about that). My point is... EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE!!!! I picked up my truck today, it was washed, and driving it home, it had absolutely no problems. I just want to say that in spite of all the negative reviews I've read here, my EXPERIENCE AT REGAL WAS A VERY GOOD ONE...Melissa was fantastic!!! She kept in touch, explained what they were doing, and sent a driver to pick me up. Vehicle upkeep is expensive, but unavoidable. I will return!”

“Pleasant people, seemed efficient. Had to ask if they checked tire pressure and only did one side. Only washed 1/2 of windshield. Don't know if other amenities completed even though receipt said they were (as tire pressure checked said).”
