“I cannot say enough good things about Care Animal Clinic and Dr. Chris Carrier. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was compassionate, patient, and genuinely kind. Every single person we encountered was pleasant, supportive, and treated us like family during one of the hardest moments a pet parent can face.
Dr. Carrier took his time, explained everything clearly, and showed true empathy—not just professionalism. He never rushed us, never made us feel like “just another appointment,” and handled everything with so much care and dignity. The staff supported us every step of the way and made an incredibly painful experience just a little more bearable.
We have been to multiple vets over the years, and this clinic stands out above the rest. The compassion, respect, and love they show for both pets and owners is something special. If you are looking for a veterinary clinic that truly cares, this is the place. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Carrier and his amazing team. Thank you for everything you did for us and our beloved pet. ??

Despite me being in the store for well over an hour, Angela was very attentive, patient and friendly, and she also helped me gather everything I would need to make sure my new best friend would be happy and comfortable in her new home. I haven’t had a cat in years, so it was incredibly helpful to have someone like her there to help me out! I’m very grateful and our new friend has become a perfect addition to our family. “That was my first time there. I was looking for waterless shampoo for my cat. I ended up getting wipes as a replacement, cuz they were out of the shampoo. The person that helped me was very nice an helpful in showing me where things were that I was looking for. They have all kinds of things for your pets. You can even take your pet to the store an help them pick out their toys. I really enjoyed my time there. It was very nice.”
