You see the rating was going to be 4 stars. John with the long hair was AMAZING. Great Customer service and amazing attention to detail, he deserves a raise and will find you what you need. When i went to check out my WHOLE PERSPECTIVE CHANGED. NIVA the lady with the red hair at checkout was super unprofessional, super rude and a Liar, didn't apply the coupons first of all, double scanned some items, didn't let me check out and she was a total mess, thankfully a young guy helped and checkout with him was flawless. Niva made it super uncomfortable and she should get terminated and never find a job in customer service ever again she deserves it to be working with trash because that is what she is of a human, made us seem like CRIMINALS, when we were just a couple that were happily shopping for things for the new house we thankfully got, NIVA should NOT work there please get her removed.

Worst home delivery ever!!!! I'd a refrigerator delivered. Had crew argue about water line, door width, refrigerator haul away. Spoke with supervisor three times(!) while crew was here. Paid $50 to haul away old unit (fight #2 with boss). The crew didn't want to haul away, wanted to leave broken refrigerator in middle of kitchen! Crew fought over me not being satisfied leaving old fridge in garage for 3 days, wouldn't reverse swing on doors. Took off without me signing paperwork, raced down street with me chasing them. Awful!!

I will say that some team associates are not friendly and if you don't speak Spanish they will turn cold on you in a split second.My experience.

They hire a third party to install that doesn't show up when they are supposed to. I left work early to make this appointment that was already rescheduled due to the hurricane which is understandable. However we had to reach out to reschedule no one called after the storm to do so. They gave us a window from 2-6 and marked as missed without coming to my home. I called and called and no one was willing to help or fix the situation. They kept transferring me to another person each time as unwilling to help as the next. This was the worst, most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a company. The supervisor was rude and combative on the phone from the Lakeland store. After this experience I will take my business else where and I suggest if others do the same.

Customer service wait is long....I've been there several times and there's only one staff member working....even though the line was long.

I just spent $91.06 at this Home Depot buying polyurethane and supplies. I asked one of the men working in the paint department for a stirrer he showed me a pen and told me these work fine. I guess that's customer service these days.

Went into the Lakeland store on April 20th and bought a washer and dryer. I was assured that they were available but the first delivery date available was May 14th. Received an automated phone call from Home Depot on May 13th informing me of delivery time on the 14th. Received another automated call later in the day from the delivery company informing me that washer and dryer were not available for delivery and new delivery date would be May 28th. Called the Lakeland store and after several attempts at finding someone to help me with this situation, was told I would have to call back in the morning. Was informed on the 14th that items were not available and was not guaranteed they would be available on the 28th. Very poor customer service and run around, they did offer to take $100 of the price, probably spent that at laundry mat. Ordered from Bestbuy later that day and items were delivered the next day. Bestbuy, you rock.

Visited the Rental Center, great help. Was assisted quickly both when renting and returning the tools.
