I go to this location often. Last week I could not find my phone and the Assistant Store Manager Nate was very accommodating and tried to find it. Only to find my phone in my car. Oooppss.
This location always is very clean and everyone is very pleasant.

The parking lot at this store remains the trashiest parking lot in Polk County! After receiving numerous complaints, for more than a month, it is clear to us that Publix’ commitment to this community is ZERO! Goodbye Publix! We’re shopping elsewhere.

Customer service is a joke. They never have your prescription ready when they say it will be even if you drop off early. When they are out of your medication they don’t call and tell you so you don’t find out until you try to pick it up and most of the time have no chance to try and get it filled elsewhere. I wouldn’t even give them one star at this point.

Went tonight, Friday, at 6:40. The deli hot case was mostly empty. When I was asked if I could be helped, I asked if they were going to fill the case. The answer I got was probably not, because they close down the hot case in an hour. Then I asked if they had fish and was told if it’s not in there then we don’t. Customer service is quite lacking at this store. Not that it means much but I will no longer shop at this store.

they are the best store in the area. I prefer this location over the one closest to me in Kathleen. They have a high level of customer service that is 5 star. The store manager of this location deserves extra praise because if all the locations lived up to the Lake gibson store it would be so much better for the brand. when one store exceeds expectations while 3 miles away the other locations lack any and all meaning of hospitality they are not living up to the Publix reputation which is upheld at 98N.

Since covid has begun , like everything else in our lives, getting an appointment at the doc is almost impossible! 2 months ago,I ran out of BP pills. Publix (thankfully) gave me 4, happens again yesterday, they said no..... Thanks ... My script is being filled now.... Thankfully!

The pharmacy staff was incredible. Everyone behind that counter was so nice, helpful, professional. I can’t say enough about my experience there tonight.

They wouldn't allow me to pick up a prescription/ narcotic that would have helped my pain a great deal because I didn't pick it up within the 3 day time frame I was prescribed it. I wasn't able to pick it up because I left the prescription paper signed by the doctor at the hospital by accident, a long drive to have to go back there and get it when I had the opportunity and when I got back the pharmacist didn't trust me, so I took my business elsewhere where they actually care about your health issues. Amen. Am done with that pharmacy and intend on spreading their nonsense on social media. Enough is enough, if it was ibuprofen he would let me get that with no problem. He needs to be fired.

While Publix has a remarkable record for customer service, today was not typical. I called the pharmacy at 2:30 Saturday afternoon, and it kept telling me it was closed for lunch. , I called the main number, and spoke to a customer service rep,he said at first, no I don't think so, then , I told him the lunch recording was on (sometimes they just don't get taken off after lunch,) but he said , if that's what the recording says! Really? You couldn't look over there or something? And btw NEVER day " I don't know"! Always say"I'll find that out for you ")

You need to teach all of the people working in the Deli how to make a Vegan sub. My husband has tried three times and no one has been able to make it. The first time, none of the four people even knew what it was. Today the first lady had no clue and the second tried but had no idea and blamed it on the people not telling them how to make it. This sub has been on the menu for weeks now. They tried to just grab the crumbles from the shelf but had no clue that you can’t just do that. So very disappointed in this store.

While Publix got it's start in Polk County and has it's beautiful and expanding headquarters in Polk County it has chosen NOT to make the COVID--19 vaccine available to Publix customers in Polk County.
