Worst Pharmacy!!! Tells me I have to have a doctor refill my prescription even though my prescription was for three months and I only picked up for one month then they found it told me that I could pick it up at four come at four to pay for it. They tell me it’s still not ready yet I go and pay for it and they tell me their system went down, And then I can pay again if I choose and the First one would probably fall off… Avoid pharmacy they suck here!!!

All i have to say to these pharmacists or pharm techs is if you hate your job, get a different one - absolutely no reason to treat customers the way they do.

Extremely rude and racist pharmacist to my African American father. He told my father that he does not ‘look like’ he needs the pain medication his cancer doctor gave him. I’m disgusted. He treated my Caucasian mother very differently.

I spoke to the store manager Samantha and asked if the store honored the discounts at their sister locations. The lobster tails were $5.99 at another store. She said no, we match competitors such as Winn Dixie. After I showed her the coupon she then stated that she can’t honor the coupon because of the high demand for seafood. While in checkout the cashier asked why I looked upset and Samantha was at the next register and I stated that I did not appreciate how I was not allowed what was told to me by the store manager that would’ve been the equivalent to $4. Not only did I experience that but I was charged cash for most of my order when I had EBT available to use, which I felt was done intentionally. I will not recommend nor shop at this store because I felt ripped off and devalued as a customer.

Worst Publix Pharmacy, never are your prescriptions ready. The tech told me, we received it thirty minutes ago! Then why did you NOT fill it then? They do not fill anything until you physically show up. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost! Go to Oakbridge or Kathleen! If you want to wait, then go to Town and Country.

For many years I think 7 years I have been using Publix Pharmacy at town and country I have seven prescriptions I take every month and was on the synchronized refill program the first serval years it was great no problems but the last three or four and especially the last year unable to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner or correctly. I ask almost every month they please be put back on synchronized refill the answer I get is yes no problem but it never happens very disappointed in this pharmacy I have to make three or four trips every month to get my prescriptions filled.
