Do better Publix! The pharmacist is so rude. No matter what, she always looks mean and is always RUDE customer service sucks...pretty bad when publix has bad customer service

Terrible service I had awful experience with them today , un friendly service. Went there for pick up my medication and went home one prescription missing they didn’t even mention that they didn’t have it so we could figure it out. I Called them back to ask for it and the answer they gave was that they didn’t have the medicine in the inventory and they were making an order and it would have come Monday which is going to be holiday, noOne is opened, so my question here is WHY did nobody tell me or mention to me that they don’t have the prescription? Like ma’am you have 5 prescription and we have for you 4 ready and one we don’t have it. So give the choice to figure it out how could I get it OR deal with your pain until Tuesday (4 days)? that’s impossible didn’t even offer or try for solution or even apologize to me for all what happened. I know Publix service should be the best, but disappointed so sad. This is not first time with this location.

So sad, I have used Publix pharmacy for so long but today Josh made sure I knew how much I was inconveniencing him by how rude he was both times I called. I was told my script would be ready at 7:30 today but when my boyfriend called he was told the day after at 7:30 so when I called the second time, just to reassure the day, Josh specifically told me that if he told me a specific day or time, I should not have to call again even though he told me and my boyfriend two different days. Not only did he just seem to completely hate his job. He made sure that I knew that I was inconveniencing him.

Wait for 40mins in line to be told script isn’t ready, will take another hr. Walked to car, go to pull off & get another text that it is now ready. Go back in, go to counter & they told me I have to wait in line AGAIN! Horrible customer service & communication. I will never use this pharmacy again!

Love this Pharmacy. The staff is always pleasant and the meds are filled correctly and on time. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Terrible service. Always takes forever in line and prescriptions are NEVER ready when they say they will be ready.

Always very slow & low customer service. Very few of them at this location are ever helpful. The issue is just with this location - ever since the store was rebuilt a couple of years ago. Before it was tip top, but now it’s just flip flop.

Confirming that their system AUTOMATICALLY HANGS UP when you press 0 to reach the Pharmacist.This is probably the most UN-Publix and generally unprofessional thing ever.Stop sucking.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used hands down. The store is great but do not use the pharmacy. It doesn't matter if your prescription was called in a week prior, it still won't be ready. Then they are super rude and could care less about the customers. I think the pharmacy department needs to be retrained in the superior customer service that Publix is known for.

Store is wonderful. Pharmacy is horrible..slow and never answers the phone. I have switched back to Express Scripts home delivery for my monthly RX.

The absolute worst pharmacy with publix I have ever had to use....customer service sucks, no sence of urgency and their time frames are never correct I will be transferring all my prescription to a nother pharmacy

Just trying to get them to fill your medication , is a job in its self, if you go to the doctor today and he sends a NEW prescription in, for you. it takes them 2 or more days to fill it.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. They do not pick up the phone or if they do pick up they will put you back on hold and hang up. I had to call the store and they transferred me to the pharmacy and they finally picked up. They are rude on the phone and there is no customer service at all. This happened atleast 5 times. I will be transferring our prescriptions to another pharmacy. How can you run a business like that? Absolutely ridiculous!

I've been using this pharmacy for coming up on six months and had to fight with them over lost and missing prescriptions on virtually every occasion. I dread every time I'm forced to go stand in line to wait and see what will have gone wrong this time.
