What the heck!!!! So disappointed and honestly gross. Ordered a ham wrap the picture on the left is what I got . We had no idea what is even was. Publix have some pride.

I didn’t realize when I came in. I had no money in my account so my card declined at the register but this sweet girl named Jordin with short purple hair paid for my popcorn chicken it literally made my day I was so hungry so shout out jordin you deserve the best

Y'all I almost bit into a big piece of plastic in my sub. I brought it back and received a refund, but it doesn’t help the fact that it’s still unsanitary, unsafe and gross. Not to mention I had to drive all the way back to the store just get the refund, and waste time and gas which is inconvenient as a college student who works full time. The manager though and employee who gave my refund was nice!!
I’m paranoid now to ever eat another sub. Check your food, yall.

Loni in the Deli is absolutley Amazing!!! She was so attentive, so sweet and went above and beyond to resolve an issue with a delay in a order that I placed and waited for an hour to recieve. Loni had me smiling and laughing by the time my food was recieved. Publix food (chicken) is great and worth the wait, but in this case my 1 hour wait was made worth it because of Loni! I will also mentioned Loni stayed to resolve my issue and she was supposed to be getting off work...she said "I'm not clocking out until you have your food!!!!!!" Wow...that's AMAZING customer service!!!!!!!!

Great day, easy to maneuver in store while being physically challenged .Staff helpful ,pleasant. I encourage you to shop there and try the made to order fresh 🥗 salads at the bar.
