Liquor store: It would be nice to have some allocated bourbon fairly available to all customers and not being held by the managers for themselves and their inclusive friends.

Customer service here isn't great. Biggest complaint though comes from the deli area.
If you thought getting a sandwich at other Publix locations was a slow process, Oakbridge has figured out how to go SLOWER. An over 10 minutes per sandwich turnaround on our most recent visit. It just isn't worth it. But there were 6 employees behind the counter, only 1 was actively doing sandwiches, with at least 6 customers in line still waiting to be helped. Of the remaining 5 employees they all had their backs to the customers and were doing what looked like stocking or prep work, one was just cutting meat.
We were waiting at the pre-maid hot lamp area just to get some ready-to-go chicken tenders, and nobody acknowledged us once.
In that huge store, 6 employees in the deli, 2 in the bakery, 2 spotted in an aisle, and the rest at checkouts.
When Lake Miriam closes we won't be using this store but Southgate instead. Oakbridge doesn't seem to have things figured out, and shopping was not a pleasure.

I've given it a couple months, but the chip aisle close to the front of the store still smells like cat pee

Phenomenal store with great selection and quality customer care. Fresh items are as fresh as it gets and the store is well maintained.

We were grocery shopping there today and asked the guy who was working in the meat department for the best meat for fajitas. There was only two packs that he could find which we took and finished shopping. When we were checking out he had found two more packs and came all the way to the front of the store to find us. This is an example of going above and beyond for customers and he should be recognized! This employee is an asset to the organization!

Just a few problems at this store. I have stopped in the store 5 days in a week to try to pickup hot n spicy wings. 5 out of 5 times they didn't have any ready. I was told to call ahead for them. I don't always know I'm going to stop for wings. Sometimes it is spur of the moment. The other thing, why are there only 2 cart returns in the massive parking lot?

The guy in there was rude. He didnt speak nor asked if we needed help (which we did). We left and went elsewhere.

Good luck getting a sandwich or chicken tenders here at lunch time. Waited over 15min with only 4 or 5 ppl ahead of me with 4 employees saying we will be right with you to the line of people and only 1 customer was done after 15min. ended up leaving with 3 to 4 people still waiting ahead of me.
