Great store! I go there for my cat food! They go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and they can get it. Home made treats for the pups as well.

I found the owners to be very accommodating and friendly at a last moment situation. Appreciated their ability to assist me! I will be visiting the store in the future to look mor thourghly and purchase some baking supplies.

Christina and the staff at Pupcake Cafe in Lakeland, FL are so friendly to all pets and their owners! I watched Christina help several customers with their dog harness needs while I shopped the store with my mini-goldendoodle. He love giving her pup kisses during our visit!

I highly recommend Pupcup Cafe for all pet needs. Their staff is remarkably well-informed and courteous, treating my pets with great care. The store boasts exceptional cleanliness, a wide variety of pet food, and scrumptious homemade treats that indulge my dogs, all while being affordably priced and providing exceptional customer service.

Such a great place to get treats, toys and food for your dog! The store is always so clean and very well organized. The staff are so kind and available to help with any questions you might have! They make birthday treats for your pets upon request and it’s evident they put SO much care into it. Really great prices too, I 100% recommend!

This was my first time purchasing from Pupcake Cafe for my puppy's birthday. The cupcake was personalized and decorated very cute. He even got treats with his cupcake and a candle. The photo booth with happy birthday was the best. The employee tried his best to help me get my puppy to pose for a photo. I definitely appreciated his help.

Amazing place. The owner was so sweet and took her time trying to make Faye (our special needs furbaby) feel comfortable. The pup cup finally won her over! Highly recommend!
