Best customer service in Polk county! Alaska greeted me when I came in and went above and beyond to help me find out if my items had any value, unfortunately they didn’t but I was given the name of an antique place that could help me. While I wasn't able to sell my silverware, the man who helped me was very nice, didn't talk down to me, and explained to me very clearly the differences between silver and alloy metals and showed me their setup for testing metals. Was a very enlightening experience and I really appreciate them not treating me as if I was wasting their time or talking to me as if I was dumb. Would recommend to anyone who's unsure if what they have is real silver or gold and wants to get it tested, these guys are the real deal!
