I have never seen customer service associates hate their job as much as Luis. We walked up as next in line and he never greeted us or even spoke with us. He started asking his coworker for pennies and didn’t even apologize for taking a little longer than normal. After he rang up our order he never even told me the total. Thank goodness I can read. Then his coworker took her sweet time letting the customer behind me know that she was available to ring him up. Needless to say, extremely disappointed with the service.

This has happened twice now. The last person at the pump left the latch stuck on the pump and placed it back. As soon as I picked up the handle, gas started spraying because I didn't know it was locked pressed down. Not only that but squeezing it didn't release it. It has to be squeezed and forcefully pulled off.
Their gas pump handles need to be fixed so the latch pops and doesn't stay in the locked position.

Rhonda Blankenship I believe was her full name, she claimed she was not required to give her last name but she had zero to hide from anyone. Why is this magnificent leader not in management yet?!? If your company claims to notice your, "good employee and do away with the bad ones, you would have promoted this angel of a human being and dedicated employee months \years ago! From what I have seen, she accounts for employee insubordination with her can do/ must get done regardless attitude, she makes honest employees out of everyone who's blessed to be in contact with her! I stop by your store just to see her and speak for sometimes 30 seconds, but the purchase and conversation with her loving and caring smile is always worth the effort and trip! It's a big deal these days, when someone actually truly cares about the ones around them and you can just feel the ora come out of their smiles! I'm not trying to bring religion into the workplace, but that woman's kindness will reiterate your questions if any, on the reality of Angels on earth! And I looked it up while writing this novel LOL, her last name is Blankenship, Rhonda Blankenship. Thank you for reminding me what good human beings are like Rhonda! You make me want to be a better person.... ?
