If I could give this store a 100+ rating I would but not because of the service but because it would match the temperature in this d*** Store!!! RAINBOW should be ashamed of themselves for having that store that hot. I couldn’t even concentrate enough to buy anything!! If the employees are rude it is because they have to work in this heat!! TURN ON THE DA** AIR!!!!!AND ANOTHER THANG.. ITS SO HOT YOU CAN FEEL THE HEAT RADIATING OUTSIDE OF THE STORE.

Meh. The dressing room was closed. Low quality fabric for some shorts they had because they were see-through.

New supervisor is very rude and does not respond to customers very well mouth is very snappy and disrespectful Don't shop at this location it ain't worth the time energy or money will not be shopping at this location anymore and I am weekly shopper to be treated like me and my daughter didn't matter and to get on the phone with someone over her he was just as rude even hollering on the phone and the representative lied when she was very combative with myself and my daughter I like the previous managers at this location because the current manager will have you losing business

return policy is ridiculous. This could all be avoided if they open up their fitting rooms like every other store in the country has done. 7 days to return? Who has time for that??

What kind of idiot would still have the dressing rooms closed? Parents do not have the time or resources to keep running back and forth finding out whether clothes fit their ever growing child. There isn't another single retailer with closed fitting rooms. Stop blaming COVID for straight up laziness.
