Victor was absolutely amazing at helping our family find a car at a deal that worked for our budget. He truly went above and beyond to make sure our entire family (including our toddler!) was comfortable and felt valued. We drove from Jacksonville, and would definitely return in the future if/when we need another vehicle. Thank you Victor!!!

I just picked up my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado from Regal Chevrolet after having repairs performed.... dash lights had been flashing ... warning about tire monitor, engine monitor, and turn signals no longer worked. Also the step sides would no longer go up or down when the doors were opened (a necessity for my 5'1" frame). I love my truck and have taken excellent care of it for the last 8 years... obviously repair was not an option... it was mandatory!!! I called, spoke with Melissa, and took my truck in on Tuesday. I'm about as mechanically knowledgeable as my schnauzer, I KNEW it would be expensive (it was, cost me an arm and a leg), but honestly I wasn't surprised... my MD charged me $50 for a pneumonia vaccination injection... not for the vaccine itself, but for the nursing assistant to inject it (not even an RN... I am an RN so there was no mistake about that). My point is... EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE!!!! I picked up my truck today, it was washed, and driving it home, it had absolutely no problems. I just want to say that in spite of all the negative reviews I've read here, my EXPERIENCE AT REGAL WAS A VERY GOOD ONE...Melissa was fantastic!!! She kept in touch, explained what they were doing, and sent a driver to pick me up. Vehicle upkeep is expensive, but unavoidable. I will return!

Pls DO NOT take your vehicle to Regal Acura.... I took my car to Regal Acura after replacing my battery and all light came on dash. They said it will take detailed diagnosis, i left my vehicle and next day they quoted more than $5000 estimate including $3700 parts. After my refusal they offered me to pay $1200 to change pcm and told me it might be fixed after that, i gave go ahead and than they called after sometime that it didnt work. I picked up the car and took it to another honda dealership, they charged me for one hour diagnose and updated that only a wire was disconnected no parts were needed to replace and fixed it immediately. I contacted agian to Regal Acura and informed about tech misdiagnosis, also talked to customer service manager Janni Rivera, also talked to service director and emailed all proof of documents received from other dealership mentioning that same error codes but they just did it after connecting wire instead of parts replacement but they still didnt respond nor refund my money over the incorrect charge. ?u200d?

I liked the place, very attentive, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Carlos in customer service for the great service and the time he spent listening to see in what he can help me. The young man receives me as soon I got in to the premises. They helped me with my Kia Soul.

What a great experience I had today. I went in without an appointment at 7am and the service manager came out himself to fix my minor issue with my sunroof. The Regal group is also an advocate of youth sports and major contributors to Swan City Soccer Club. People tend to be hesitant when going to a car dealership but you do not have to be with Regal. Friendly, Courteous, Family Oriented. Thank you for such great service.

We had an absolutely terrible experience here. I was accompanying my girlfriend, who was shopping for a used vehicle for herself. She has done her research, has pre-approved financing with her bank, and knows exactly what she is looking for. We were approached by two very aggressive salesmen in less than five minutes of coming on the lot, both of which automatically went to me to ask questions, even after telling them I was not the potential customer. After finding several potential vehicles, none of which had any prices listed on them (that's a huge red flag). She asked the first salesman, who approached us to look up prices so she could narrow her options down. We were then taken into a dirty and quiet frankly gross office space. Where the salesman pulled together prices, all of which were highly above comparable market value according to Kelly Blue Book. When told they were above her budget, he became very aggressive about wanting the keys to her trade in so they could appraise it. She requested multiple times to see what inventory they had that was in her price range. To which the salesman responded by demanding her keys and saying, "This is a process." Referring to getting her a price. During this whole process, he kept looking at me for responses to his overly aggressive tactics, not once listening to what my girlfriend was asking. Eventually, I became annoyed with the salesmans overly aggressive and sexost tactics and re-stated what she was asking in a bold yet professional manner. After which we decided to leave and take her business elsewhere. If you are in the Lakeland area and shopping for a used vehicle, stay far, far away from Regal Lakeland Used Cars.

My 1st visit here was great. However, today was my 2nd and last visit here. Both visits were for service on my Kia. I had to buy my Kia at Friendly Kia in New Port Richey because no one local had the car I wanted. Assuming since I didn't buy my car from Regal they don't honor warranties bought from other dealerships. I have coverage for free oil changes but since I didn't get it there they're not going to honor it. Oh and $84.00 for an oil change is way too much, not to mention they apparently don't top off all fluids, check tire pressures, or wash the outside like they said they were going to. I won't be back here unless it's absolutely necessary.

Overall, I had a great experience at Regal with Jarret Schrom, and I would highly recommend them for anyone in need of maintenance service for their Chevrolet vehicle. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and they truly care about their customers' satisfaction."

Financial person lied, didn't fix issue, and stopped communicating with me. Because of this, I wouldn't shop here for a vehicle.

Super friendly and amazing service. Brought my soul in for a diagnostic and got right to the issues I was having, as well as let me know what's going bad and will need replacement in the future. I've never really had much dealership work done as family said they are expensive but I will now head to the dealership for help from here on out. Even got a car wash with the service. Pleasantly surprised and will be back.

Nothing but trouble out of 2023 Kia. Backup camera quit within 4 payments, still not fixed. Tires have never held air and display constantly flashes alerts. GPS screen randomly goes black. Display over wheel randomly changes. Not one problem out of former Kia, this one is garbage. 30000 for a bottom of line vehicle, didn't want after first day and salesman not interested and said to call manager who of course never returned calls

Had an appt. They got us in soon as we got there . Great Certified Mechanics. They have courtesy ride if you want to go elsewhere to wait but why would you want to.. inside they have a neat courtesy lounge big comfy chairs ..Multiple snacks..hot coffee..chocolate or tea .juice water etc. So nice of them. They have a play room for kids too. Best of all when we went out to look at a couple vehicles the salesmen aren't pushy . They had our car repaired much earlier then quoted and even gave her a good vac and wash . We highly recommend

My 2017 Kia went in for service because it was having an electrical issue. They kept it for a day and called me the next saying it was ready. All they did was put a $4 shin on the terminal and charged me $140. When I got there my Kia was dead. They jump started it and said it wouldn't be a problem to just leave it on when I got home so the alternator would charge the battery. The next day my car was dead again. I called them and they set an appointment for me for a week later. After a week with no car I finally took it back and they told me I needed a new alternator and parts and labor was going to be $1,300. I looked up the alternator and it's less than $200 so labor is $1,100?? I found a mobile mechanic that's going to do the labor for $150. I'm spending less than $300 all together which is $1,000 less than what they told me.
