Having reviewed some of the negative experiences of others, I said to myself they surely must not be at the same bank I know and have known for many years. I have never had anything but a favorable impression with the employees. As a matter of fact, some know my name and greet me even though I use the ATM more often than going inside.. As for me, I'm a fan.

PLEASE DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE!!!! They have been keeping my paycheck from me for two weeks. I have read other comments and I see this is typical. No one can help or give real reasons.

It is absolutely ridiculous to have one teller working both a three lane drive through and the lobby by herself. Especially during lunch hours.

I do not come up here often but on the last two occasions I was helped by Kimmar. He is always extremely professional and knowledgeable! I have previously considered switching banks but the positive experiences I have had will keep me at Regions.

33 years and love the bank all the way back to when it wasAM south bank before it became regions and yes I would recommend regions to anyone who is looking for a really good bank to bank with

ATM at this location and Plant City are always down. I work overnight and need to deposit cash occasionally...such a pain when I have to drive 30 minutes to a different location and hope the ATM works

Stay away from this financial institution. I opened an account thinking I would receive a bonus. Nope! I spoke with a banker who spoke with the manager and submitted a request to the corporate marketing department to ensure I received the bonus! The response I received was a flat out no! Didn’t meet requirements when I have submitted evidence to show I have! No worries! I will close out the account and bank elsewhere and never look at regions!Update: Tyler reached out and addressed my concern.His office has reviewed everything and are making things right. Time will tell.

They charged me $20 to cash a check here. Now when my customers pay me with a Region's check I charge $20 on my bill to them. Not my fault they bank here.

I went there Friday at 3.50pm as a passenger when driver made a small check deposit. Waited 30 minutes 2 cars in front of us. Way to long of a wait. I am shopping for a bank. This one will not get my business. Hire some help.

I’m very disappointed, I have been with regions for several years and I made an appointment for today for a personal loan.I showed up with the doors lock and then I called, the teller told me she would be out there in a minute.As time passed I waited in the hot and no one showed.I thought I was banking with a professional business that could discuss business of my first loan.Would like a follow up from a manager to discuss how this can be addressed, I Will not come up there again for the same thing to happen.
