I was in there recently while visiting a friend in the aftermath of Milton. We were just looking around and talking to the locals. The people there were really friendly and upbeat. Especially, their manager Lisa (or Linda, I'm not positive). She was so nice and helpful. Next time I visit I'll be sure to stop in again. They got some nice stuff.

After Hurricane Milton left our outdoor furniture a complete mess, we visited the R2Go Patio location in Lakeland for our first stop. We were greeted by Ms. Kathy, who was very friendly and welcoming. We found an outdoor patio set we liked but we let her know this was our first stop and we wanted to check out a few other stores. She was very understanding and not pushy at all. After visiting 3 other locations, we came back to our first stop to see Ms. Kathy (we wanted to make sure we ONLY spoke to Ms. Kathy) and luckily she was still there. My husband and I were torn - we have different taste and visions for outdoor furniture, but Ms Kathy helped us put together a set that was a perfect compromise for both me & my husband. We both got exactly what we wanted and we left so happy!! I highly recommend this location and I recommend you ask for Ms. Kathy - she is so wonderful, very insightful, she offers great suggestions and she understood that I’m a visual person and I need to see things laid out a certain way before I can make a commitment. More than anything, she just wanted to make sure that we left 100% happy! 10 out of 10 for Ms. Kathy - she knows Customer Service!
