Doesn't acknowledge the customers. Waiting for a cashier and no one ever came. Someone came from break and still never acknowledged me then just walked to the back of the store.

The store was very clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly. Their clearance section has dwindled down a lot. I used to be able to get $5 jeans and now there's really nothing but tiny tanks on clearance. That's kinda disappointing. All in all this is a great go to store for teens of any and all genders.

I ordered some stuff off of rue21.com and the first 3 items arrived last week and for some reason the item that is suppose to come out of this store still hasn't shipped even though I've talked to someone twice at their home office and stopped in a local store here in Canton, OH they all say the same thing "the item has been packaged up and the label has been created but they still haven't turned the package over to fedex yet and what makes this even worse multiple people have tried to call this store at least 3 times and they refuse to pickup the phone to resolve the situation. do yourself a favor and stay away from this store and especially if you order online and 1 or more items is coming out of this store

Great clothes for those into the new and trends. I see many people from all over with Rue21 clothes on. Especially on TikTok ?. I have bought a few items from here along plenty for my daughter. I would recommend anyone to stop by clothes are budget friendly.
