Technician on 3/19 took the old windshield out place a new one and while in the process broke the windshield. He said he was coming back on Monday 3/25 that everything was set up for it, we was supposed to be the first appointment.He never came. So I went on line to try and find out what happen they told me I could not schedule an appointment for the same day and gave me an appointment for today 3/28. Once again they never showed up. I called again the customer service said she can see the appointment. She try calling the place and there was no answer. My account has already been charged for the repair and nothing has happen. Supposedly they will call tomorrow. This is the worst service ever. How do you charge for a service you have not provided. I am currently unable to use the vehicle. I wants answers now. Not happy at all.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!! This company has an extreme lack of customer service. The job was not completed on the initial visit so they scheduled a return visit. Multiple scheduled appointments were missed by them without any notification at all. When calling to get answers there is no apparent communication because the only answers I get is I don't know but I will have someone call you or I'm not physically at the shop so I don't know the reason. Save yourself the headache and use another company that actually value customers.

Technician "Michael Porter" came out on March 13th 2024 to replace a cracked windshield for a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer and did such a bad job that I had to take photos and videos the following day and email to a " Mike McGuire'. It has been 2 weeks, back and forth phone calls between the lakeland location and my car insurance company, 4 different Technicians, and 4 staff members ( Mike McGuire, Paul, Katie, and Samantha) before the situation was resolved. Thanks to Katie, Samantha, Patrick, and Troy the situation was finally resolved and the job was redone and installed correctly as of today Thursday March 28th 2024. I do not have an issue with SafeLite as a company, but with the way the Technician Michael Porter did the job. There are photos and videos of the original job done. My name and number is documented in the system and would love for the district manager to reach out to me.I would include photos but unfortunately I do not have the option to include photos with this review.

Had waited 4 weeks for another glass company to get my OEM replacement windshield. Called Safelite on a Friday and they had it installed the following Monday. Great work!

Fyi an 'appointment' isnt an appointment here. Seems like theyre open 1 day a week and give 20 people 2 different appointments. Mine was at 11am and they didnt even START work till 12:48pm. Im not canadian but this place is a JOKE

Had my windshield replaced which leaked which caused water to short out my stereo and navigation system. Starting week 4 and still waiting to have Safelite to get truck fixed. Multiple phone calls no one ever answers the phone. They had me bring in my truck and all they did was put fans in it to make sure all moisture is gone. Now waiting on fleet service to arrange to get it fixed. Poor customer service would hope getting my issue resolved was as easy as scheduling my appointment to get my money.

Dropped car off in the morning as they requested. The man at the desk told they would text me thru the day to update me on progress and pickup time. They also gave me a number to call if I had questions. I thought that was thoughtful as I had to arrange a ride there and back. I didn't get any texts or calls . I tried to call them but they never picked up the phone. I googled their number but couldn't talk to any one and their automated menu didn't have a option for pickup information. I got a ride to take me at 4:45. They said the car had been finished for several hours. I questioned why no one reached out to me? He said they were busy?

I was scheduled for an appointment on the 3/18 between 12 and 5pm and I get a call at 1:30pm stating they will not be coming they did not have the windshield. Rescheduled for 3/20 between 12 and 5pm. Did not hear from them so I called them at 4:15pm to find out what was going on. Was told that the insurance company cancelled the appointment on 3/18 the same day that I made the appointment. So I asked why I received an appointment reminder from the on 3/19 for the 3/20 appointment. I also received a reminder of my appointment for 1/1/2025. The phone call some how was disconnected at that point. So I contacted the insurance company. They had no record of any cancellation of appointment. They tried to contact them and no one answered the phone. So I am now going with some one else. Very poor way to respond to your customer thanks for wasting 2 days of me waiting around. Never use safeliteagain.

I brought my work vehicle in and it was a smooth and easy process. The receptionists were lovely and very respectful. The technicians were organized and spent time to explain what foxes needed to be made and kept true to their estimated work time. I would bring my vehicle back to them anytime

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had an appointment that I waited for over two weeks to get glass fixed. The first one I didn't hear from them until after the appointment window to say they didn't have the glass. They said they would be out there the following day. The next day I then had to contact them to find out that they would not be showing again to fix my windows. I asked for an assistant manager to call me back from the Lakeland store And still have yet to hear from him. This is horrible customer service. For an appointment, I made back on february 29th. Of course, you can't call the store. Direct to get anybody there.

Needed a windshield replacement due to cracked window, had a drop and go appointment. 8 hours later I go back and get my car and the glass is distorted right above the steering wheel. I immediately called corporate , next day Scot (the store manager) emailed/called me and the following morning, he came to my job to pick up my car, took it back to the shop and they were able to fix the issue. and give me an OEM window. We had a rough start , but he was very honest and communicative. Nonetheless, if the tech's would inspect the glass after or someone else, this would eliminate a lot of back and fourth and wasted time. Either way, i would go back if I had to, this time I would inspect myself before driving away haha.

I would like to give a special shout out to my Safelite Technician Alex... The professionalism of the receptionist keeping me updated with my service work, to the service tech (Alex) who gave me a prebriefing of what to expect during my 4hr wait.. Shout out to the management team for checking on me and making my visit as comfortable as possible....Thanks for the coffee... while you wait, you get to watch movies or stare at your current devices for entertainment... I want to recommend this auto glass service shop to anyone who needs windshield repair... I guarantee you won't be disappoint... KUDOS to the staff management and to Alex for the hook up... Great job everyone on my Lexus sc430...

Great place! They were fast and so nice! One of the technicians saw me with a hot soda and bought me a cup of ice!? ?
