“Very unhappy with Clear Home. With their change over of website, my one unit was locked out, then got double billed and the was totally locked out of the facility. While the personnel on site have been very gracious in trying to resolve these issues, it does not give me much confidence in the organization itself. Especially after just raising our rents again.

I move a lot in my business and have used many different storage companies but by far the best customer service the best pricing and the best specials are always Extra Space Storage. I still shopped around about five other competitors in the area but I always end up using Extra Space Storage. “Highly recommend Acorn storage. My husband and I moved from Illinois to Florida due to a job transfer. He had reserved a smaller storage unit online. We realized would need a larger unit once we got into our apartment. They were able to accommodate us with a larger unit right away. The units are clean and climate controlled. We recently rented a uhaul another easy process. They have been so great to work with! And the friendliness of the staff is another high mark. They provide customer service and are so helpful and friendly which you don’t find much of these days.”

“Rented out a 10x15 unit here because it was the best deal I could find. Before even moving in The ladies in the front were amazing. 10/10 costumer service in my opinion. Had a pod brought there and all and they let me keep it there for a few days extra out of the kindness of their heart. The only negative thing I can say is I was paying $113 monthly and after 2 months they increased the price from $113 to $193. That’s a pretty steep increase and once your stuff is there you have no choice other then leaving which is what I did that same month. I feel like that was a sleazy tactic on their part just to get me in the door. but other than that I had no issues at all.”

“Purchased my first Container and it was so easy. The staff was really nice and helpful. They take you to see the Containers so you can pick one and they explain everything about it. They show you how it opens and closes. And how much space you need to have to unload it. After picking one, you go back and give some info on where it's going. Do check with your area first if the city building department will allow you to have one on your property. In my case the city didn't allow me to have one so I had it taken to my dad's property that is used for storage. Delivery was a breeze. The young man that delivered it was also very nice and put it exactly where we wanted it. And he was very helpful. One last thing if you purchase with a debit card you will pay a convenience fee which runs like a hundred or so bucks more. So, if you can pay with a check you can save yourself that money.
I definitely recommend American Trailer Rentals for purchasing a container. They have rentals as well. Check out their website it has a lot of information and pictures.”

“Everyone there is so kind and follows up very quickly after a reservation. The property is clean and kept well. Everything is fairly priced too. I’ve been using them for school move in and move out and have had amazing experiences every time. Even when I wanted to downsize my unit, there was no pushback and Bob was eager to help out!”
