My mom and I had an amazing visit at this store. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. We got fitted for our correct size and were able to take advantage of the sale! Very kind staff!

I had a great experience here! I only gave a 4 star because there was not many Bra's my size. The employees were AMAZING! we had a fun time trying to find something that fit me. Sharon was fun to hang out with for an hour. She helped me and my daughter find something. I'm carring 2 (BURDENS) with me lol inside joke with Sharon and I.

I love shopping at Soma at Lakeside Village in Lakeland. Patricia is so helpful in helping me find the things I need. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to measure to get the proper fit on things that I need. Highly recommend this store and Patricia to my friends.

I walked in and was instantly greeted by Patricia who is also a store manager. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was desperate for help after not wearing a bra that actually fits in the last decade. I’ve been dying to get some professional help so I could get fitted for my actual size. She grabbed me a few different options that were perfect for the requirements I gave her. I’m very excited to finally have bras that fit and that are comfortable. Go see Patricia if you’re needing help!

I have recently lost weight and needed new bras and wasn't sure what size I was. Brianna helped me find the perfect size in all the different styles I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This is coming from someone that doesn't know alot when it comes to bras . Yes, face cover. Ms. Patricia especially made me feel so comfortable. Which I a big plus because I'm so modest and insecure. She made me feel so comfortable and not out of place or dumb. She measured me and helped me find exactly what I needed.
I even had to come back the next day to get her help and ask if she didn't mind with giving me certain information and she didn't hesitate at all. Love her and highly recommend doing business with her . Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I drive an hour just to shop here, this is the most welcoming place to get bras. It makes a huge difference to get fitted and receive recommendations from professionals, and my most recent visit was even more wonderful than usual. I always walk out feeling like a million bucks. The employees are knowledgeable and considerate and manage to make what could be an embarrassing experience completely comfortable and reassuring. I appreciate the inviting atmosphere of the store and that the marketing and presentation of the models is relatable instead of glamorized. The changing rooms are well maintained and you can choose to have assistance or not with 0 pressure either way. Great experience every time. If only shopping for outerwear was as pleasant!

I love Soma’s bras but tonight I went in and found two styles I loved by the lady helping me couldn’t help me get the right size for nothing. Every time she came back with the wrong size or the wrong bra. This went on for 40 minutes. I just left after she came back to back with a size c when I kept asking for a g. She would repeat the right size to me before she left and then would come back with something completely different. I got to try on 2 bras in 40 minutes. She’d disappear for long periods. I was the only customer.

Went in skeptical having never had a great bra shopping experience. Tracy made me comfortable & at ease & helped me find 2 bra styles I love. I will definitely be back. Great for bigger breasted and wider around the chest ladies.
