I have been a customer for 12 years and am grateful for Kevin's thoughtful approach to maintaining my homeowner's insurance policy. As a first time home builder in 2010, my ignorance was only exceeded by my anxiety as my wife and I navigated the home building process. Kevin made shopping and purchasing the policy we needed simple and straightforward, and we were able to find a reputable, dependable company at a reasonable price. Kevin has been an invaluable resource ever since and I am grateful for his service!

Very short with attitude. Basically will call you a pos in the most professional way. People are busy through the holidays and this company wants to make everything so much worse. Kevin Smith is not professional he has the worst way of talking to people and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO WRITE YOURE HOME INSURANCE.

Irresponsible, poor communicator, and cheats his own insurance company by recommending UNLICENSED electrician (and pal). I had to change agents to get my policy approved by its deadline. Kevin and his asst offered nothing but excuses and blame. Sound and fury signifying nothing. Check out his wife's fake review and ask yourself how many others are fake. Finally, KEVIN MISLEADS ABOUT MY FIRST REVIEW - WHY?! I edited my first review of my own volition to make it more relatable. Kevin, I pray YOU learn the difference between self-editing and censorship because UNLESS YOU SELF-EDIT YOUR WORK ETHIC (such as it is), ATI WILL CENSOR YOU FROM THEIR ACCEPTABLE AGENTS.

Both Kevin and Mia have been so great through this entire process of finding home insurance and we keep coming back to them. Their customer service and hard work goes above and beyond truly. Kevin has bent over backwards trying to help us and we are so grateful we have him in our corner. Highly recommend using them! Very responsive! When I thought we didn't have any choices for insurance due to living out in the middle of no where Kevin just wouldn't except that and dug deep to find us a good plan. I'm amazed at their hard work! I just want to say that Kevin is amazing. He overheard a conversation I was having on the phone with another agent and didn't feel that it was being handled right. I had hung up feeling very dissatisfied with the call. Kevin himself called me back and explained to me what was happening and how it could be handled to my satisfaction. He really put me at ease with the situation and helped me work through it. I felt like I had someone in my corner. Thanks so much Kevin for your time, patience and consideration in this matter. I've been a customer for a few years and Kevin made me feel like I'll enjoy being a customer for quite a few more.

I am so happy I chose this company. Kevin has went beyond my expectations to help us get every document we needed and called the mortgage company with me on the line just to help me get thru all that ai didn’t understand. He has kept me updated with copies of everything the bank needed. I have never had an insurance company that has done so much to make sure I had nothing to worry with. His personality is outstanding & I appreciate all of his patience he has had with making sure nothing would slow our closing date, he did it all on my 1st call. I HIGHLY recommend him.

I've been with them for a long time they have always treated me great. I never had a problem with them. Kevin has been amazing I just recently ran into an issue was national general insurance and Kevin went above and beyond to help me and to help me solve my problem I don't know what I would have done without his help I'm grateful for southern family insurance I wouldn't go anywhere else I highly recommend them to anybody.

They are very professional, will work on getting you insured. Better rates than what I was getting with the online insurers, who I was with for 6 years. Call Kevin for all your homeowner and auto insurance needs. He has my home and car insured. He will find you a better rate.

Excellent service. We tried to get renters insurance through so many other companies and in the end it was Kevin Smith with Southern Family Insurance that helped us! So thankful to them for taking care of us and for such an easy process. Would highly recommend them!

This company has no respect for their customers. And I quote this is the actual message I received from this insurance Agency (This is Kevin at Southern Family Insurance. I think what would be best is if you come to the office, and sign a cancellation request for this insurance, and take your business to another agency. I can only explain it to you so many times, I can't understand it for you too. You say you are going to get your attorney on this, well I will be glad for you to pay him so he can explain to you exactly what I am explaining to you. Go ahead and spend the money, it's your prerogative. EVERYTHING IS 100% CORRECT as it has happened, but you can't seem to understand it. I am no crook, nor will I every be thought of that way and that's what you think of us, because you think we have "TAKEN" your money, when we haven't. So please come sign and cancel the policy, and we shall part ways. I don't need this in my agency. Please don't call here anymore, as my staff have been instructed to not take your calls going forward) so if you were to have someone take care of your money on insurance agreement be careful before you sign

Awesome service. We tried 9 other companies that wouldn't insure our home because it was older than 15 years and they had no problems helping us cover our new home! So appreciative to find them and Maya Smith promptly answered questions and took quick care of our needs! Thank you all so much!
