I don’t normally give a bad review if I cannot talk to the manager and settle it that always works for me but this time I’m very disappointed, I traded in a trailer that I didn’t really want to do as I loved the trailer but it was not mine it belonged to my boss. But Jose Comforted me by saying hey I will sell it back to you I said OK I called the next day to attempt to purchase coincidentally Jose wasn’t working that day I left him and David a message nothing back I called back the next day and they Said they have got a contract on the trailer and it’s possible that it is sold they we’re waiting on financing and David said to check back in 3 days I called back today and Jose confirmed it was sold! They will definitely sell you a trailer but horrible at keeping their word ! I’ll never go back again and will not recommend anyone to go there as their word is trash.

Of course this company does not have a 5 star rating there are too many people ready to say they had bad service for dumb reasons. I pulled in with a problem that I could not find a qualified technician for in Lake County but Stephen stood up and fixed it, pretty quick too because he knew what to look for. Of course I paid for repairs but I was happy to handle business. These people are great all of them, very friendly even though I popped in while they were already busy. I did not expect to get service immediately but a truck was on its way . Thank you Southern Wholesale Trailers
