Practically a monopoly so very expensive & constantly buffering. Also, consistently shuts off after a few hours so you can't leave TV on to comfort your pets when away; customer service says settings are deliberate & can't be changed.

After I spent more than 30 minutes waiting for the girl who spoke Spanish to arrive, her attention was maritime. She does not listen to the client and responds in a rude manner, because I asked her how long my request would take and she replied that 2 to 3 weeks and that she had not created the system. It seems to me to be about respect for the customer.

I have Verizon in NY and Spectrum in Fla. spectrum is horrible compared to Verizon. Internet, Tv all out now till ???I call and the guy try's upselling me to more crappy service I do not want. This instead of telling me Service is out in our area. That customer service person should get a minus rating. What a lousy way to treat customers!

I was able to quickly return my modem and router. I only had to wait in line for a few minutes.

Customer service was terrible! An older lady was trying to get assistance with her phone and 2 of the clerks kept interrupting her and repeating, over and over, to call the U BREAK I FIX store and she tried to explain what the issue was and finally she got frustrated with them and yelled back. The one of the snotty Clerks, an in-charge type guy, said to her in a very nasty voice " You have a nice day" and then proceeded to wait on me. I told him he should not have said that and he then repeated the same to me, not quite as nasty but still in sarcastic tone. I quit my cable service that day and did all the research I needed to leave their Internet service as well.

We when there to exchange the interest route, and what we encounter it was incredible 4 people on there cell with lemon face, nasty actitud and no desaire to work. They didn’t even want to call customer service for us! ?

Poor customer service from Juliana. We were trying to return the equipment for a cancelled account and she was not helpful at all and was not listening when asking for the phone number however we were putting in the number associated with the account, it simply had been used to open a new account. She rolled her eyes at us multiple times and she was very rude in her speech and I do not think I heard a please or thank you come out of her mouth a single time. At least if you get a customer service facing job, try to pretend like you care. Will never be coming back here again

Service was amazing Lisha took great care of us, she was super patient and knowledgeable and took care of every question we had. We added a new line and bought a new phone with her, strongly recommend coming to this location and getting a new phone with Lisha.

this area here in lakeland,fl with spectrum Wi-Fi and services, we are with out all our spectrum services almost everyday for at least 4 hours a day during the day when I am home trying to use their services. so aggravated with my provider

I just found out over a year that I have been paying for a cable box that I don't need. One billing representative realize that it was an error and credit me for four month of having a cable box. The problem is that I was paying for over a year for a box of $24.99. I ask for a credit and they refused to back date if for the year that I was paying for that money. I had two representative stated that it is was my fault and I suppose to know how cable and internet work. I don't work for Spectrum so how do I suppose to know that. The billing managers told me I should read all of there policies. I won't every one to know who they treat their customers. That explains why they are low on the food chain of customer service and their service on tv and internet is not great as well. I hope this help people to stay away from this company if you can.
