Starbucks was amazing today, I normally come during the day but around night was when i dropped by with a friend to talk. And the workers were lovely to us and fast. Kyleigh, Michelle jayleen Should definitely all get a raise!!

This shop charges $0.30 more for each item than the shop in South Lakeland! Starbucks is too expensive as it is!

Wheelchair accessibility: The stores do not have proper table heights for a sitting wheelchair person. Lots of locations are similar.

This location is always slow, messes up my coffee order and yesterday was out of two teas I normally get at other locations. I really didn't want to stop here but it was the only location close at the time.

STARSUCKSThis place is so sometimeish...Literally, one WORKING crew is so amazing, and the other WORKING crew is absolute trash.IF SOMEONE ORDERS A BAGEL WITH CRAEM CHEESE, it means to put the cheese inside of the bagel.If I wanted to do it myself I could go to publix and buy bagels and cream cheese for half the price.I guess if it was busy, then I can see the oversight... however, there was a whooping 1 car behind me.I hate this Starbucks.ABSOLUTE LAZY STAFF. THIS ISN'T MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS. IVE ASKED NICELY BEFORE AND THE AKWARD UNSETTLING NERVOUS FEELING OF THEM MESSING WITH THE FOOD MADE ME THROW IT AWAY AFTERWARDS.

As a customer and UberEats Driver. This place is A+ . The employees are always nice. I want to give a shout out to Heather though, She is always so pleasant and very quick at getting the orders out the door. Thanks to all that work at the 98N location!!

Very rude barrista. As soon as I came to the drive thru to get my order she proceeded to tell me with a very nasty attitude that i needed to check in before i came to the pickup window. First of all the app does not tell you that you need to check in at all it just says to go to the pick up window at a certain time which i did. Training is very much needed for this person. I didn’t catch her name but whoever was working on drive thru on Christmas eve at 7:12amMaybe She needs to find a job with no customer interaction, perhaps shoveling cow manure.

Whoever was doing the drive thru on Christmas Eve at 7:10 am needs some training on how to deal with customer. Very rude and disrespectful when I was picking up my mobile order. You can clearly see she didn’t want to work today.

This Starbucks place is wonderful. The staff are so attentive, friendly and helpful. They make my drink perfect and I go here about 6+ times a week. They never disappoint.

This place has terrible customer service, I entered the Starbucks and no one greeted me or said anything. I had to stand at the register for 5 minutes before getting acknowledged. I finally received my order and while walking out, another customer walked in and was greeted by everyone in the building. Guess I wasn’t worthy.

i came in wearing my carpentry work clothes , when i came to the counter i was told that someone would be with me shortly. In the next 5 minutes i would have two more people tell me the same thing as i watched two customers ahead of me get their orders filled and even the last two customers in drive thru. I now noticed that 3 o4 people disappeared and the two order fillers were now just staring with a look that made me feel out of place which was an odd thing, but yet no one even attempted to get my order this finally upset me and so I left. Not only did I leave but I went to Publix and spend my money on coffee products that were made by another company. I have firmly decided to NEVER buy anything that is made for or by Starbucks and that includes the ground coffee that I drink on a daily basis Your entire staff needs to be retrained on true customer service because my money is just as good as anyone else's
