I went into T-Mobile to buy 2 new phones and a hot spot but first to fix My cell phone that had a sim card error, they replaced my sim card and handed me back my phone "that was still not working". With a smile, she wrote down a phone number for support and told me to call at home.I called tech support and within 40 minutes, it was fixed.The associate was too busy watching football.P.S. I hope our team lost!!!!

Went in for a phone return on day 14 (last day on the return period), they refused to help saying the phone is outside of the return period and I need to go back to the store I purchased from (in Bradenton) to process. Wouldn't even check in system if the phone is in the return period, very lazy and refuses to help. When questioned why the store I purchased with can process and they can't, the answer was that store can do something more than they can. I do not understand how this would be the case as the sales person in Bradenton said any T mobile stores when I first made the purchase. Also asked to help move the eSIM to a physical SIM, somehow they disabled both my eSIM and physical SIM so I had no signal during the entire time I drove to the next store. Ended up going to store in Bartow, they helped me process the return with no issues, phone was indeed within the return period. And helped me get the number back to a working physical SIM. Shout out to Bartow.7 employees in this Lakeland store at the time with 3 pretending like customers looking at phones leaning on counter, 2 on tablet looking like processing requests. I couldn't even tell they were employees until I saw every one of them has a T mobile shirt on. Very unprofessional, the store needs an audit badly.

Usually good service.. just be careful getting a new phone. They will add their protection plan after you leave and you have to call in to have it removed. Very shady.

This is about customer service staff only.Every single time we go there we get looked down or get spoken to in an inferior way.I've been a customer since 2010, I'm ok with tmobile but I try to avoid going there just for that reason.Estar "aquí y alla" contestando preguntas es tu trabajo y si me corriges hazlo de forma amable.

Amy rocks here and so does the good looking chocolate yummy guy everyone I have come into contact at this t mobile only was knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Rock on. Stay away from the mall t mobile they are only there to sell you stuff you don't need. They check your available credit before even talking to you. No good at the mall go to this t mobile it's a stand alone across street from mall

Went in to trade my Z Fold 3 today. Clerk stated that they couldn't accept the trade because the fold screen protector was bubbled. They stated I needed to contact Samsung to have it replaced by a third party vendor before it could be traded in. I called Samsung, and Samsung stated that this was NOT correct. The rep said that the screen protector was a wearable item, and as long as the screen was not damaged, they did not care. I called the store to let them know, and the clerk said it didn't matter, that was T-Mobile's policy. I called T-Mobile to verify, and the call was escalated and I was advised that this is NOT their policy, and that the screen protector does not matter, as it was a wearable item- so they should have accepted my trade without issue. Store clerks are the face of T-Mobile, and the fact that they are unaware of their own company policy and unwilling to correct their info AND choose to double down on their error once the issue has been called to their attention is a huge problem. T-Mobile ended up doing a trade in over the phone and apologized for the store's poor information. Just hope this gets back to them, so they can make sure their in-store policies reflect their company policies, instead of suggesting customers jump through hoops that don't exist.

I just wanted to shout out the customer service at this location. I upgraded to the s23 ultra today and they were so helpful helping me get all my data out of the s21 over to the new phone ( which i love). But more then the phone was the service, very friendly staff and numerous customers came in while I was waiting and the staff was super helpful to all their customers. Thank you North lakeland Tmobile for being so awesome, today you gained a forever customer. It took awhile to bring my data over and they were super accommodating and I felt like they were truly there for me. In today's world it was just nice to be treated so well. I will definitely be referring friends here
