Shopped online. Order never arrived. I have contacted customer service via email TWICE. They say they're looking into it but then they never get back to me. I would have at least liked a refund. Beware! Bad shipping, and awful customer service. Never again

Service at Lakeland square Children’s place is always slow no matter what day or time. I went there today 4 employees in the store one register open with a long line. I was only 3rd in line, took 20min to even get to register to get my online order pick up. Mind you the manager was running register and then was on the phone and walked away instead of having one of the other associates assist or open the second register. Horrible management
