The location was very nice. Made me feel safe doing my laundry, but unfortunately I will not be back due to the fact of the attendant that was working the lady with the accent with shoulder links, dirty blonde hair, maybe strawberry blonde with a hint of red was absolutely so rude. Told my son he couldn’t go in certain areas when all my son was doing was trying to help me load stuff in the dryer’s also, I was needing to use the biggest dryer and she told me that she’s already clean those and I can’t use those I continued to use the largest dryer because I had a abundance of clothes. This was at 8 o’clock at night. The laundry mat does not close until 10 o’clock. She was very rude just cause she had a bad day doesn’t mean she needs to take it out on me, or my family who come there and pay money to use the washers and dryers I will not come back if she’s here management needs to do something about her because she has no customer service skills

Lint dryer’s do not appear to be cleaned in a good time manner evrey dryer has lint at the bottom takes much longer than should to dry… be aware of this

Place was very nice and clean. Plenty of washers and dryers. More on the expensive side.. But the lady who was working it was very rude when I asked her a question. Maybe she was having a bad day… otherwise I would give it a 5 star

I seldom write reviews... That said, I definitely recommend this laundromat and strongly encourage anyone with any laundry service needs to come to 'The Laudry Spot'.There are plenty of machines, beautifully maintained and kept spotless, to fit multiple load sizes. The employees are friendly and helpful, and the owner (Jen) is delightful and a pleasure to be around... Which make coming here a very welcoming, safe and comfortable environment."See you next week, Jen!"

First I called and the lady who answered had an attitude about telling me the rates for wash and fold. After pulling teeth she tells me. I bring my clothes and the attitude continues when I ask if she is going to charge me for the weight of the container. I didn’t put in that application for you so if you hate your job that’s not my fault she needs some customer service lessons.

Typical laundromat. Usually pretty clean. Machine prices are crazy these days but you can do multiple loads at once. I usually never have a problem getting a machine.

A very nice laundromat. Great customer service. Jen was very patient and helped me a lot since this was my first time there. She was an expert using the PayRange app which made my first time using it a great experience.

No air conditioning I will drive an extra 15 minutes to find a laundry place that has air conditioning, it's brutal in there.

Only negative I have is that the small washers are $1 more than other places at 3.50 instead of 2.50. But other than that, the dryers are cheaper than other places (.25 for 6 minutes instead of for 5 mins.) And if you don't want to wash your clothes, you can pay to have them washed and dried for you. Also conveniently located in same plaza as Harvey's, so you can go grocery shop once your clothes are done.

Place was clean and had many options of sized machines to wash and dry, employee was making sure everything was wiped down and clean for the next person to wash, would recommend and also will return if I need to wash clothes at a laundry mat again,
