I always use this location because they’re quick and helpful. Today for example I was struggling to get my newborn out of the car and carry in my package and a gentleman from the front desk came out to carry my package inside. This is my favorite UPS store.

Today, September 28/2025, Sunday 10am, morning shift. I forgot to ask her name, but she was so helpful and so quick to print my files. Like literally few minutes she got them done. If You read this: Thank You for your service and you are so beautiful.
ps. 3 different FedEx locations were not able to print my files a day before, after wasting almost 3 hours with them - I had to wait for next morning to come to the UPS. They got it done in few mins.

This is the best UPS store around!!! Between work and personal, we use UPS often and this location, BY FAR, has the best staff!
I wish I remembered her name, but the lady with curly hair is exceptionally kind and professional.

Amit served me twice for the same package. He always remained calm and soo helpful. He even helped me with my own phone that I had trouble navigating it. He was so respectful and pleasant the entire time on both occasions.

Abbigale should get a promotion and a raise! I walked in and she instantly smiled, greeted me and new exactly what I needed. She helped explain how to contact customer service for my 3rd party shipping issue, located the phone number for me, and offered to help me carry my large box out to my car. She is clearly extremely experienced and goes the extra mile for her customer! It is evident that she cares and after have a really long day, I really appreciated her help!
