First and foremost, the staff deserve real recognition. Jade and Tanner (Civically) were exceptional from start to finish. They provided not only efficient and knowledgeable assistance, but also a level of patience, respect, and genuine attentiveness that is rare to encounter. They took the time to understand my needs, carefully guided me through options within my price range, and consistently focused on helping me find the best possible outcome rather than simply pushing a sale. Even under pressure, they remained composed, helpful, and kind. There was also a third employee whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, but they were equally impressive—steady, friendly, and highly capable, moving through tasks with ease while still remaining approachable and helpful throughout.

Beyond the people, the space itself is something truly special. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and intentionally designed to make people feel comfortable and present. Every wall is covered in artwork—vivid, interesting, and genuinely enjoyable to look at. It’s not generic decoration; it feels curated, expressive, and alive. Each part of the space gives you something to notice, something to appreciate, and something that makes the environment feel unique and memorable.

The shop also goes far beyond being just a place of business. It feels like a community space. There are lounge areas with couches where people can sit, relax, and spend time comfortably. As a teenager I’d always be curious about this place as I’d drive by, Not knowing that one day I’d be a regular. The team has always been great to me. Allen and Ms Kathy always have made it a welcoming place to escape for a smoke break. For my daily smoke, love their in-house blend of “Buccaneer” pipe tobacco.”

“Just figured I let you know the shop down from you has posted on their bad reviews that they are fake and created by I would only assume your location. I will say this even your bad reviews don't add up to the behavior I encountered at their location from now on I will only use your location. This woman had the nerve to get upset over me attempting to return about 7 defective items which she had stated on a previous visit that she couldn't exchange juices but if I had an issue with a vape she could. Not only did she claim it was on the receipt which it wasn't it was only after I said to put up signs as people are not mind readers to know they don't take certain returns. Well since what I had purchased was a vape and the batteries on several didn't work I figured she had said it could be exchanged. When she yet again denied the return I told her to keep the items as I went to leave I told her they shouldn't knowingly sell items they know don't work. To which she came within an inch of my face while yelling at me calling me derogatory names then pushed me towards the door as I was walking out I dumped over the damaged items bin she then grabbed me by the hair and started wailing on me over a freaking attempted return. I never would've dumped the bin had she not called me names and shoved me. I called the cops and guess what they said that I was the initial aggressor which I don't get when she left the back of the counter to approach me If I had stuck out my tongue I would've licked her that is how close. She is I guess upset at her life cause a return doesn't and shouldn't ever get to that. Especially when the customer is leaving. Just figured if she is going to spread lies about your location maybe a true story would benefit you. Sorry for the long post but I will gladly from now on deal with a store that has the common sense to put up signs and have it on the receipt. I don't mind losing money knowingly it's when nothing is said while selling items they told me to my face I was taking a chance by buying them from their location. Never again. See you soon since out of 12 only 3 worked so I will be out fairly soon.”
