I love this gym and I’ve come for years but it would be a lot better with working air conditioning for those who like afternoon workouts.

By far one of the best gyms in Lakeland. Clean facility, nice equipment and great atmosphere.

It's okay. It lacks good equipment, plus 1/3 of the gym is \\\"personal training\\\" and when I used a machine nobody was on I was asked to move.

We have state of the art equipment and specialized strength training equipment not typically found in Big Box Chain Gyms. We are a locally owned facility that attempts to truly know our members and create a “community” environment, you are not just a number with us.
