This tractor supply should look into getting some better employees… I had gotten a pair of boots as a gift for Christmas that were too small so I went in store to see if I could exchange them for a pair that fit. When I walked in the door, I could immediately tell the cashier (Ruth) did not want to be bothered. She assisted me with what I thought was going to be an exchange and when I asked if I could get store credit so I could look around, she said in a very aggressive tone that it only goes back on the card, which I didn’t understand because I received them as a gift and did not purchase them with my credit card. She then proceeded to ask me for the order number and I told her I had a barcode that was specifically for returns and, again, in an aggressive tone she told me she needed the order number. When she was done she was waving my phone around to give it back when I was having a quick conversation with my boyfriend because I was confused about the whole situation and why I couldn’t exchange my gift for something else. I definitely will not be returning to this store and will happily take my business elsewhere from now on.

Went in a few days ago, the cashier Ruth was horrendous and completely unprofessional. I mean I have had better conversations talking to a wall than talking to her. I also felt myself lose a couple of brain cells when I left the tractor supply

Today I went to the North Lakeland store to exchange some boots that I bought for my husband. The cashier has a very bad attitude despite being an older person. She had to change the size and she did a Refund. I didn't understand why she had to return them. money to my credit card and my husband ended up paying for the gift I gave him since when I made the Refund it appeared in the bank in 7 to 10 days, she was very rude, I could see that when we arrived she had a rude attitude with a client as well It ruined my day because I wanted to visit the store because I had never been to this store and I left without knowing it and I know that it has very interesting items

Yeah, I waited 15 minutes before they refilled my propane tanks but they kept me updated. There’s a reason why I drive 16 miles to return to this location. They are busy but still manage to be very helpful.

Not the store itself, This is the second time I've bought a dang air pistol from here the revolver style the key to release the air can broke on the third can we were trying to put in, and this Glock style was reloaded twice and now doesn't shoot at all $50 isn't cheap for these darn things. I don't need a freaking rifle for rats getting into the sunroom at our house. This is just ridiculous. Do not buy this crap from here

They closed at least ten minutes early, I got here at 8:50 and this was my last errand to run at the end of a long day, there is no tractor supply in winter haven so it is a bit of a trip for me to get here. All the lights are off, they won’t answer the phone and I’m still out of chicken feed.

This company is very anti-progressive with an equally bad customer service experience. They didn’t even have 5 bags of mulch and the delivery driver doesn’t have any reading comprehension skills, until I told him I was reporting him to his manager for being a complete knob. Just go to Lowe’s.

Overall, this place is fine. You can probably get what you need. But if you want propane, DO NOT GO HERE. Three out of 5 times I tried to get propane I was turned away because they didn't have enough, and both of those times, they let me maneuver my 32' motor home into place (navigating all the parked vehicles and pallets of stuff) and wait 20 minutes before letting me know they couldn't/wouldn't sell me any propane. Go to Nick and Moes on Kathleen if you need propane.
