Had to rent a power hammer and cart + angle grinder. Very easy process. Had an issue with the hammer last night and we called them when they opened this morning and explained what was happening. They just told us to come down and swap it out and said we could have extra time on the project to make up for lost time. That customer service goes a long way.

I've rented equipment from HD, Lowes, United, and more. True Value is the best. Nick, the manager listened to my project needs and guided me to the best equipment solution. They were flexible with time since I had about an hour drive in each direction. Also met Craig the District Manager. Both men are all about great customer service, especially for the small customer, homeowners etc. True Value ? ???

Had an emergency, and the fellows there waited for me to get there last minute and gave me a break cuz of the long holiday. I will be visiting again. I highly recommend them for your small rental and your not so small rental needs.
