Business practices sub par. Rose was inappropriate and lied multiple times to my face. Never rent anything from here. Rude, lacking knowledge of inventory and appropriate social skills. Will not get my business ever. Go 5 minutes north on Florida Ave. There is a way better, more professional location on the right.

Decent experience from lady at desk wen picking & returning… Till I had to process an imperfect truck situation for which I always purchase insurance on vehicles & that’s where conversation ends…But my thing was I’m just the driver/mover/ fam member… therefore any situations are not my responsibility…Lady tried to treat me as I was a kid & make it where I was In trouble….. No lady this was a long mental move for me & you just putting more mental disturbance on me wen your job is to bill the customer & let me process it with them as an adult

5 Stars all the way. Probably one of the best U-Haul experiences I've had. The reason why is simple, friendly, upfront customer service from Rose. My company rented a 26' U-Haul truck, Rose called, confirmed, had friendly suggestions on exiting and and coming back after the rental, was friendly and just overall a great person to work with. Thank you again.

Rose opened up for me on her day off 4th of July weekend .3 days on the 5th.and hooked all of the car hauler up and checked my lights.moved 3 big trucks so I could get the car hauler out.she is the best!!This was my second time there 2021 Nov was first,a drop off from Crawfordville fl.she was the same thenTHERE GREAT!! This place is amazing mainly because of Rose. Aside from calling me Nic Cage (I mean, I'll take that compliment!), Rose helped me get the right size truck (a 15') and auto transporter for towing my car up to New York. The van was super clean, and everything went without a hitch. Pun intentional.Thank you Rose. Additional note, parking is tight here, so you will need to come around the back of the building and find a parking spot.
