Horrible customer experience from the owner of this run down motel on the north ens of town. U-haul definitely needs to reconsider removing their business with this establishment. I will never do business with them again. I simply asked them if they had a dumpster to throw away and sweep out the remaining debris for the their truck and their employee said yes and assisted me in the process. The next day I get a call from the owner say they are calling the authorities for me using their dumpster. Unbelievable!

If I could give less than a star I would. I’ve rented many Uhauls and never had a bad experience until now. Got in the truck and it was absolutely disgusting. Food and water in the cup holders and floors. Sticky, greasy stuff on the seats, seatbelts and steering wheel. Renting another truck wasn’t option because there wasn’t anything else available in the area. There was a dolly in the back, which we did not use; we did move it out of the way because the last piece of furniture wouldn’t fit there with it in the way. The man asked if we used it, we told him what we did, he said “no you broke the seal” There was no seal to break. I told him that but he threw his hands up and said “Oh my God you broke the seal” very rude! I don’t recommend renting from this location at all.

My husband got a uhaul from here we used our credit card and they put a hold like normal on the card for the amount that was spoken about. We returned the uhaul back and found we weren't charged now like a normal person would we called and asked why the money wasn't taken out the person on the other line was screaming the card declined the card declined which was not the case they had a computer malfunction the day we returned it. WE paid but I will never use them again go somewhere else for your uhaul needs there's plenty of other places and its not like your getting a better deal anyway. So look and check before you buy from this disrespectful place.
