I am still waiting on the GM to get back to me about a charge on my card that shouldn't have occurred because no one paid attention to the notes on the account from the million conversations I had with the representatives. I am due a refund for mileage that truly wasn't driven from my trip It's been well over 72 hours and I still haven't heard from anyone

Ask for a u-haul will they have some for Sunday the man said No and hung up poor customer service,, he could atleast refered me to another company.

Went there twice during posted business hours. Nobody home. Had to drop off the uhaul through the night box.

I had an appointment to pick up my uhaul and they had a sign on the door saying went to pick up uhaul be back asap. So I waited for an hour and 15 mins and no one ever showed. Another local location said this location has done this several times just leaving and closing early when people have reservations. Sad thing is is they had several people come up for their regular business as well that they missed due to being closed. Just not a good way to run a business.
