This location did not have any trucks available.. but the person who attended me took the time to look for another truck in the area and get me set up all while having great customer service. 10 out of 10.

So I need propane. I usually go to U-Haul. I stop at this one go in and see 3 employees setting at a table. I tell them I need propane. One gets up and starts towards the door. After getting outside I’m told that they have no one that can pump propane. I ask how long and was told maybe a week. Wow

I made an appointment online, they changed it without my consent to earlier, then moved it to after when I need the hitch. They took my money - not pending - it's "paid" for zero services & are refusing to refund me, DO NOT GET YOUR HITCH INSTALLED HERE!!!!!!! They claim they tried to contact me, but my voicemail says they are lying. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMM

I made an appointment to add a trailer hitch to my car. Despite arriving on time they were running 30 minutes behind. The job was supposed to take 1 1/2 hours but I was there 3 1/2 hours. The staff was courteous and friendly. My main complaint was they had no decent chairs for customers to sit and wait on. No padding and just a basic chair. Not suitable for customers who have to sit and wait long periods for installation service.

11 am needing propane and no one there with door locked. Called number on sign stating 7 days propane filling - sorry no one available to provide service.Wasted trip.

This place barely rates two stars. The security alone is appalling. Our key card never worked and if we found the outside door to the unit closed, we had to find someone to open it up for us. It was a 50/50 chance though, because the door was usually propped open. Not very secure. Complaints fell upon deaf ears. If we were lucky, we got a shrug in response. Most times, there was no response. When we no longer needed them and moved our belongings out, and went to turn in the paperwork, the people in the front office had closed over an hour early with no notice - literally locked the door and left. We had to drive to another U-Haul location down the road, turn in the paperwork, had someone there come back and inspect the unit, etc. They didn't want to, they wanted to accept our word on it but we wanted all bases covered just in case. I am only giving this place two stars because our belongings were safe and secure for the year they were stored here. That's all. I do not recommend this storage unit. There are storage unit companies all over the place, shop around.

I looked up the hours, and showed up. The door opened, but no one was working. There wasn't a single employee in sight. The phone wouldn't even pick up. Waste of time.

This place is awful save yourself time, heartache and money by renting elsewhere. We had issues with our unit and the staff was super unhelpful. The truck we rented leaked and damaged our stuff. The process to report that has been a nightmare as well. The place is infested with bugs and I don't just mean in a Florida way to expect bugs. They were inside our bags and boxes all over my daughter's clothes too.

Don't come here for propane refills. I had to wait for over 45 minutes so they could send someone from a different store to refill my tank. Poor customer service.
