Made the reservation the day prior and they completely ignored my reservation and gave the auto trasportacion trailer to someone else right in front of me. I had to go and hope I could find another one somewhere else. No apologies and bad customer service.

First the person doing contract should not add 8.00 insurance if the person renting it don’t want it second renting this trailer was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul not only bad but trailer had nails in it and caused me to get flat tire and cost me another 37.45 for a patch repair at Tire Capital and yes I have a receipt so between 37.50 and the 8.00 for insurance 45.50 this was very expensive and will not rent from there again

On November 23rd I went to this place with a reservation. The U-Haul service is inside a liquor store. I waited in line to be attended. When it was my turn the employee said that I needed to wait. He wanted to attend two new costumers that enter the store. I said that was not fair since I waited in line for my turn. He said he was alone. He went to the computer to find my reservation. He asked me for an identification and was mad because my last name was not the same last name on the reservation. I spelled the word "Diaz" for him, but he continued to be rude. I didn't know what to do. I waited outside. It was my only day to move to our new house. It was the only days my friends were able to help me. A few minutes later when the liquor store was empty I went inside again. He did the same thing. He only wanted to attend costumers buying things at the liquor store. Don't rent u-Haul here! It's pure rudeness.

If you rent a truck for a day that you had 5 hours and you get charged it twice that's not business people never again I barely to rent a whole truck was moving people and have everything down and pay the same price that I pay you guys never ever again

Don't go here unless you have time to kill. This is a convenience store, not a U-Haul dealer. We reserved a truck online with specific times for pickup and drop off. We arrived just before 9am for pickup and were kindly asked to wait while the attendee at the register continued helping costumers who arrived AFTER us. We did not leave until 9:30 when the attendee decided he would give us the time of day and hand over the keys to the truck that we reserved. Later, we arrived at 12:45pm to drop off the truck and experienced the same treatment. We did not leave until 1:30. Absolutely ridiculous.
