Chelsea was phenomenal at this location. I never wear make up so I never spend a lot of money at Ulta because I really don’t know what to buy. Chelsea was able to assist me with all of the accessories that I needed in addition to my foundation. She also introduced me to new brands that I would’ve never tried, she is a wonderful asset to your store and to the team. Thank you, Chelsea. . Very disappointed with this location. I'm not sure if the other locations are as bad. I made a hair appointment a week ago for today. Drove 40 minutes to get there. When I was less than 5 minutes away they called to tell me tell me that they were running late and it would at least be an hour and a half more before she could get to me. I asked if anyone else could do my hair, The stylist that called me did not even seem to want to help to rebook my appointment. There was no one else who could take me. I'm absolutely frustrated as I was getting my hair done for an event. This isn't the first time that I've been rescheduled on by this location. I do not recommend this location to anyone. I'm pretty sure that they have no clue in what they're doing as far as scheduling appointments. People have lives and other things to do. They can't wait around 2 hours after making an appointment just because the stylist can't keep their end of the deal. Hopefully they will go out of business soon and save other people the hassle of their overpriced haircuts that they will probably cancel the appointment on you within 1/2 hours of scheduled time.Edit- after posting my review. I went back to read other reviews from this location and they seem to have a lot of bad reviews recently. It must be the management. Maybe it needs to be taken to a corporate level.

I went into the North Lakeland Ulta today and saw Sydney for my brows. I’ve had my brows waxed many times at different places before but this is the best I’ve ever had. If you need your brows done, Sydney is the one to see! She is the best around!

Very disappointing, it seems like if you are not buying Mac products you’re in your own. I asked for a lip liner and Mac was recommended I tried it and hated it and then the associate just walked away after that so idk what customer service is that. I guess I will take my business elsewhere especially because I really don’t need to come here I shop here because I liked the store.

I had an incredible waxing experience at this locations Benefit Brow Bar with their arch expert Sydney! I was impressed with not only her friendliness, but also her in depth knowledge and the time and care she spent making sure that my eyebrows were perfect! This store always has great service, a clean environment, a staff that goes above and beyond.

Made an appointment for hair services and waited for the stylist 20 minutes past my appointment time and she did not show. Nothing was communicated with me about what time she’d be getting there. Unprofessional. The time of the client is valuable too.

I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences at this Ulta. Many instances of being racially profiled and I just disregarded the behavior and I wanted to have certain items in hand rather than mail. I hate to write a negative review because I don’t even want to dwell on those horrible experiences. However, a lot of the advisors need training on tone and customer retention; the condescending tone and demeanor I received was ridiculous! I’m sure the behavior I experienced is not what Ulta expects or teaches its employees. In all honesty, the behavior of the staff makes me not want to shop at Ulta. From the lying stating I was receiving assistance, and looking for an item I advised was missing from my bag in the back; Instead, the agent had me waiting for over 10 minutes and was watching the camera. Then to have the agent in the front who cashed me outlook in the front and the items to the side and walked around to look at the counters as if I was stealing or I guess looking for said item they stated, “placed in my bag”. I even offered to bring my two items I do have back to show them as proof as they are in original packaging not even used, I just wanted the third item that wasn’t in my bag. If I didn’t want my products, I had half the mind to go return these items also, but I left with zero solution but to call guest services who told me to speak with the store. Regardless of how Ulta decides to rectify this, if at all, this store itself needs to be shaped up, when I walked in, I wasn’t greeted, items were everywhere, and when I called to explain the situation, the agent thought I was calling for a whole other product. I was never disrespectful throughout all the many instances I was shown disrespect. Overall, I hope for better.
