Store has new ownership and you can see/feel the difference as soon as you walk in! Service is much better and overall a much improved customer experience. I really enjoyed my visit and this now has become my UPS go to store!! Keep up the great work!!!

Recently made the switch to a private mailbox service for our business a few months ago. The store employees were very helpful and knowledgeable as to what I needed. The owner was also there when I inquired and made sure I was well taken care of. I will be using them for printing services for our business in the near future!

Their hours on Google and on the sign in their window said they would be open today 10-3, showed up just before 1pm, but it was dark and locked during business hours. No sign about an unexpected closure. Very unprofessional.

I went to staples and fed ex both stores was terrible they couldn't get a e mail printed to me went to this ups store and both workers where awesome friendly and got it done asap I would highly recommend this store for all your printing and etc thank you Yusuf.

Incredible customer service from Dakota, Morris and Marie. Ive been to tons of ups and fed ex store, and store 1858 is by far my favorite! I refer them to all my clients and friends. Top notch! Thank you

I walked in this morning, and a young woman with long brown hair and glasses was helping another customer. I stood there for six minutes without so much as a hello or an 'I'll be right with you.' She clearly saw me but said nothing, leaving me unsure of how long I’d have to wait. Frustrated, I decided to leave.
I usually ship through UPS 4-5 times a week at another location, where they at least acknowledge me if there’s a wait. I ended up going to my usual UPS, even though this one is more convenient since it’s near my daughter’s school. Unfortunately, I just can’t deal with the lack of customer service here.

I hadn’t realized that I needed to package my Amazon returns, but rather than sending me away to do that, the associate, Dakota, found some spare boxes and did it for me. A-1 service!

I had a very bad experience with the notary service. The lady was very rude and they did not have anyone who spoke Spanish. As a result, things were not translated correctly. This made the entire process very frustrating and difficult.

This is now my preferred ups store.
Everyone is helpful and kind.
Stay away from ups on county line, it's gone downhill from the customer service to the prices.
