Went in today with my mother to get documents notarized. The place was SO BUSY but Dakota went above and beyond to take his time while going thru the documents with my mother page by page to verify all info was correct and that there were no inconsistencies. I've worked in customer service a very long time and this was some of the best service I've personally witnessed. He was awesome while the store door stayed opening and didn't waver in trying to hurry us along. He deserves some recognition here.

I am sitting here in the parking lot and I have to write this review immediately! This store literally just charged me $3 for a simple black-and-white copy of a shipping label not to ship the item just the label I need to put on the Box on a standard piece of paper! Everyone make sure you go to fedex I print off 11 copies standard black-and-white paper for less than $3! That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever spent money on!!! If I could give no stars I would give no stars

I had an issue with a ground shipment and dealing with UPS directly is a nightmare. After finally reaching a person, I was directed to contact the store where I shipped it from for a refund. Jens Cadiz (the manager) contacted UPS to see if they would refund the cost but they wouldn't, despite errors in shipment on their side and a damaged package. Jens provided me a refund even though he didn't have to and it wasn't his stores errors. I appreciate his customer service and knowledge of Customer Lifetime Value. I will continue to ship from his store when necessary. Thanks, Jens!

This store has amazing staff that goes above and far beyond to meet your needs. I go out of my way to go to this store whenever I need signs, business cards, posters or simply just need to ship products. Special thanks to Dillan he is always a pleasure to work with.

Great service here?? They charged us $68 for shipping four mason jars of jam. Once the transaction was done is was running it through my head and was like hey couldn’t we have take the jars out of my boxes. The angry girl that works there snickers and said Yep....inconsiderate that’s all I have to say. I even talked to her prior so she knew. Whatever I guess It leaves me the right to leave this 1 star review. Sorry Dillon you always help out the best way for the customer! But I hope this review flips a red flag and she gets Reprimanded. Y’all need to be like Publix that’s the way it should be. It sure if I’ll go back here I guess if it’s a convenience for me. I know they know who wrote it so ??
