Have never had a problem whether it be shipping products back, or making copies, and getting stuff notarized

I attempted to ship a letter yesterday morning for a friend. My ID was requested and provided to the employee. The shipment was 1 page and was refused, due to my ID being inconsistent with the return address on the shipment. I went to a nearby UPS store and shipped the article without any problems and didn't have to present an ID. There is something seriously wrong with this situation and it needs to be addressed.

This place is a joke. They can't help fix any of your problems, so don't even ask. No one has any idea what they are doing or talking about. They also can't get you in touch with anyone that can help. They don't even answer the phones like a business. John F. Claimed to be a team lead but literally could not answer a single question, and could not have cared less. This person answers the phone like he is at his house. His performance was embarrassing. I will never use UPS again. I'm FedEx for life now. I would avoid this place at all cost! Horrible service, and horribly ran business.

Melissa was extremely rude, acted as if the QR code from amazon not working was my fault. She ended up double scanning one item (hence why the code wouldn’t work 🙄)

This store did not open at the stated time today. Waited in front for a bit but left about 10 minutes after 10 am with no employees in sight. There were also about 6 other people there waiting, three of them left before we did. You're losing business by the minute here, UPS.

My package was lost and nobody seems to be able to help me file a claim. I’ve been bounced between customer service and the UPs store which I shipped my package at and both are telling me I have to call the other it’s very frustrating when nobody can help with a package I paid to have next day delivery and it’s been over a week since there’s been any updates.

Uncaring, and unhelpful. Return of an Amazon item in original packaging & electronic label in hand all in excellent condition and Amazon said the return would be free. Ha ha joke was on me! The UPS clerk coldly says “I am not processing your return as it needs the label printed & taped on the package, unless you pay $4”. Amazon said my return was No Box, No Printer required. Despite showing the UPS clerk my notifications from Amazon saying No box No printer required, she couldn’t have cared less. So, I returned home- printed the label, taped it to the package, & headed back to the UPS store for the ‘free’ return to Amazon (real cost was my frustration & irritation). The receiving clerk stated “you finally got it right this time!” as my husband placed our package on the counter. Ugh !
In other observations- this UPS store used to be so busy & lines of people waiting outside - not so much now. We will avoid using it at all from this point forward.

Thank you Melissa for cutting my shipping costs in half! My box was way too big, but she literally cut it in half and turned my $60
shipment into a $30 one. She didn't have to do that, very much appreciated!

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a UPS Store. Shane demonstrated a very poor attitude. He was apathetic, dismissive, indifferent, and showed no training in customer service, the worst part was the gestures he made with his eyes every time I asked or requested something, If those gestures had subtitles, they would say something like: “I don’t care about you, your needs, or your inconveniences. It’s not my fault there’s an error on the label Amazon generated, so don’t ask or request anything. Just leave because your presence annoys me.” He truly managed to make me feel ignorant, clumsy, foolish, and incompetent. After calling Amazon and receiving another QR code, I was assisted by Amy. Again, the error with the QR code persisted, but Amy was incredibly kind and explained that the best solution would be to cancel the return and start a new one. I followed her advice, and it worked perfectly. I loved Amy for her great attitude, her smile, and her patience. However, it doesn’t take away how awful Shane made me feel. Please, someone needs to train him and explain the importance of empathy and kindness in customer service.

Understaffed, under trained. You’d think having a self service kiosk for returns would cut down on wait times, but they have trouble even keeping a label printer stocked with paper. There’s always a line out the door. I seriously don’t understand how you can run a business this poorly with so very little to keep track of.
